Analytic

This is an awesome ability and all however the Pokemon that gets it are either under used or have better abilities to use.

Also just the state of mind should be will running analytic is that no matter how strong the move will be you need to move last. By moving last something will go faster and might KO you before you even have the chance to attack.
The team style I see this ability working best with is bulky offense.
 
Shame nothing with Drain Punch or Giga Drain gets this. :/

But, yeah, I think Evolite Porygon2 could use this well. I'll see if I can come up with a set later.
