Okay more sparce posting. Also apologies, but I'm skipping over scum post

Jalmont has been pretty aggressive and confrontational and has mostly been needling FH over these past couple of pages. Honestly, he could do with a reread - most of his towniness bets on my theory that he doesn't argue with Texas if one of them is scum because it seems very taxing and prone to failure if you actually ARE scum, but I literally just took a look at his last couple of posts and they're literally just "statements" and he warrants another look.

3P1K has been like the definition of "earnest, trying hard, but has led two town wagons". I like most of his posts, he's hitting a fair number of tonal towntells for me, but like Texas said, not sure if I want him around in lylo because of the possibility that he can be really good deep scum. Again I want to have a fair shake/appraisal of his posts, which should probably come after the KoC/FH rereads but it will happen eventually.

Now we get to the PoE, which is five people. Aubisio, Haruno, Hitmonleet, FH, Knights.

FH is the towniest out of these behaviorally but taking heed of what Texas says, so I will do a reread and let you guys know what I think of this slot.

Aubisio has the Ascetic claim which.. can go either way I feel. Ascetic is a negative utility role similar to miller I've found to be on town, but it is certainly a useful role to have as mafia. Still unsure here.

Hitmonleet is part of PoE and has done nothing to claw out of it.

Haruno. OK, so the thing that's throwing me in for a loop here is that he's.. our only claimed protective role (bodyguard, right? Target a player, instead of that player dying you die instead?) so I am inclined to townread him for that, but a kill didn't show up on Night 2 + he's had atrocious behavior thus far. So I really want to hear more from him regarding that and.. anything from him really.

Knights is my strongest scumread still and I will case him tomorrow since I haven't really done that yet. Basically it boils down to him playing differently than the last game we played, him not trying to really game-solve, plus him not really attempting to engage with me/others on them scumreading him (I've been pretty vocal about scumreading him but he has not even tried to engage or talk with me about that, which strikes me as odd).

Okay big post (that I snipped most of ftr). A soft defense of aubisio here, a consistant one, but still a soft defense role wise (after he said to focus on aubsio behavior interestingly enough). As for knights, this is another part that comes off as geunine for me. Like, he does research and effort to the read, which is generally NAI. But it comes off as geuninely this is what he believes. The otherside, is that I think this is also what scum=proph would want to do in terms of bussing KOC for the total buss business. So blah.

So are we really lynching earlio? I sort of hate the lynch, especially he hasn't defended himself. I think at this point I want to vote proph? But I don't know.

Prophylaxis what makes you lock town epik again?

In a scum game I won last year, my buddy was a mafia neighborizer and used that role to great success (basically by telling a townie that he was heavily suspecting another townie, while we killed that townie that night, making it look like we NK'd someone mislynchable)

I'd prefer to just work off of behavior rather than role and Knights's behavior is not good IMO.

also side note, as I can litterally feel this happening. But I'm TRing what's going on in present time and I can feel it influencing my reads rn because so many of these posts have so much WIFOM to them.

This is a prime example of that. Questions KOC well and throughly...but is that town getting information and verifying a read? Or someone commited to bussing their mate and getting as much town credit as possible? It could be either and that's annoying because in either world, what's the different? How would that post be different if proph is town doing that? How would it be different if proph is scum bussing. I honestly think this post is the same in iether of those worlds.

Unvotes when it looks like KOC might be hammered. Usually good but it's also something super cheap to do so NAI.

Now on the side, stop observing and give your opinions on the first 50 page proph iso at least. Because in the last little bit, I've gotten a TR on proph. I haven't gotten one on you at all
 
two side notes that pinged me while reading.

1. Texas called out EPIK for causing teh 2 earlier town mislynches....I didn't personally catch that on my rereads but I find that interesting

2. The scum would seemingly be bussing him thoughout the game if he's scum which maybe happens?
 
i'm sorry guys

this is why I hate endgames; at some point you just have to judge who you want alive as town versus scum

if this game is still going on I will continue to solve it with the best of my effort, but i hate hate hate gamestates like these

Like why? I know you aren't scum. If you want to engage with me then do so, I'll answer your questions but don't expect me to engage with you when I'm trying to figure out and deduce who I want to lynch today and if I live, who I want to lynch tomorrow
