Uhh, hi guys. A lot of you probably won't know me well, and that's cause I tend to avoid Smogon. Not sure why, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on this:
I've been working on this for a little while. He's far from perfect, but he works surprisingly well:
Scizor @ Focus Sash
Naughty Nature
180 Atk | 148 SAtk | 56 Spd |128 HP
IVs:
HP Fire: 31/30/31/30/28/31
HP Grass: 31/30/31/31/28/31
Against the most common leads:
Azelf: Bug Bite and Bullet Punch rapes it. Any variant. Dual Screen gets setup but no damage at all, whilst offensive hits him with a Flamethrower/Fire Blast, he survives thanks to the Sash, and finishes with Bullet Punch.
Metagross: He outruns up to 12 Spd Metagross and 3HKOs with Bug Bite, whilst Metagross can't 3HKO with Earthquake. They normally SR first anyways.
Jirachi: Chances aren't great this time, but Bug Bite will 3HKO, whereas only Fire Punch will hurt Scizor.
Aerodactyl: Bullet punch and... anything will beat him.
Swampert: HP Grass is needed to effectively beat Swampert. Easy 2HKO, whilst Swampert will either get up Rocks and do no damage, or deal some damage and not get Rocks up.
Infernape: No chance here, unfortunately, unless Fire Blast misses and Double Hit hits.
Ninjask: Double Hit through the Subs and pulverise the bastard.
Roserade: Hope Sleep Powder misses, or you wake up in time. If it misses, Double Hit will beat it, and Bullet Punch will after if it doesn't.
Smeargle: Similar deal to Roserade, except you have to make sure you wake up in time.
Hippowdon: HP Grass doesn't 2HKO, unfortunately
Bronzong: Bug Bite/HP Fire it to death. Hypnosis can be trouble, though.
Tyranitar: lol
Heatran: Uhh, no chance in hell, unfortunately. You could run Superpower for a chance, I guess?
Crobat: Double Hit and Bullet Punch ftw. Hope Hypnosis misses, should Crobat have it.
Forretress: HP Fire. But this means you lose out on HP Grass for Pert.
So, uh, yeah. He's reasonably successful against the current most common leads.

My calcs may be a little off. =\
Oh, and if you wanna guarantee outrunning Metagross, just be sure to run more Speed EVs. The HP is basically an EV dump anyways.
EDIT: Also, this spread was made a few months ago, so the top 15 leads is probably inaccurate.
