I need help in building a good UU team. So far I have the following:
DW Alakazam@LifOrb
Timid-Sp. Sweeper/Revenge killer
252 Speed/252 Sp.Attack/4 HP
-Psychic
-Shadowball
-Calm Mind
-Focus Blast/Psyshock
Usually used as a last resort Sweeper, Alakazam is my secret weapon. It's massive Sp. attack boosted w/ LifeOrb is it's most vital attribute. I normally only switch it in on Sp. Attackers, which I can easily outpace & set up CalmMind. It's MagicGuard ability allows ito not have to worry about Stealthrock, Spikes and Toxic Spike setters. Toxic Spikes is applauded when set in the field, allowing Alakazam to come in and not have to worry about Yawn or Sleep powder because of it's poisoned status. Sucker Punchers are very anticipated, which is the purpose of CalmMind. Taunters are the "Red Flag" for Alakazam. Psyshock & Focus blast are alternated b/n battles as it allows Alakazam defense against Blissey and eviolite Chansey & Dark types that don't outpace it. Psychic is Alakazam's most powerful attack w/ STAB and LifeOrb boosted power. Shadowball is for Ghosts & opposing Psychic types.
Suicune@Leftovers
Bold-Wall/Sp.Sweeper/Possible Supporter
252 Defense/252 HP/ 4 Speed
-Scald
-Rest
-Ice beam
-Calm Mind
Suicune is my most unique wall w/ access to CalmMind, Scald, Rest & Icebeam. Suicune, after a simple 2-3 CalmMinds can easily wall most super effective attacks and powerful Sp. attacks. Icebeam allows Grass & Dragons to be OHKO/2HKO'ed after CalmMind set ups. Hazers are Suicune's downfall, however. Scald allows Suicune to attack w/ STAB and possibly inflict burn status and reducing physical damage done. Rest is to be used after only 2-3 CalmMinds for HP restoration in conjunction w/ Leftovers. Usually used as a switch in for Alakazam or Nidoking.
DW Staraptor@Choicescarf
Adamant-Revenge killer/Scout/Physical Sweeper/Wall breaker
252 Attack/252 Speed/4 HP
-Bravebird
-U-turn
-Pursuit
-Close combat
Staraptor is normally my first choice to use if I'm intimidated by the opponent's team. Staraptor is my most powerful physical attacker w/ STAB Bravebird & the power boost from ability Reckless. U-turn allows Staraptor to scout w/ choicescarf. As well as scouting using U-turn, Staraptor can easily hit-and-run while allowing the next turn to be unpredictable. CloseCombat is for Rock & Steel types who could otherwise wall Staraptor as my last Pokémon. Pursuit allows Staraptor to hit Psychic & Ghost types who try and flee from it's physical attacking ability.
DW Nidoking@LifeOrb
Timid-Sp.Sweeper/T.Spikes(spinner)
252 Sp.Attack/252 Speed/4 Defense
-EarthPower
-Thunderbolt
-Icebeam
-Flamethrower
Used mainly as a sweeper, Nidoking also rids the field of Toxic spikes. Usually used after purposely poisoning Alakazam to insure no other Pokémon will become poisoned. The combo of SheerForce & LifeOrb is very useful as it boosts all of his attacks. Flamethrower deals w/ Steel, Grass & Ice types that don't outpace him. Ice beam is for Dragon, Ground & Grass types. EarthPower is for STAB + SheerForce + LifeOrb boosted power to ensure a 98% possible KO of half of all Pokémon that don't outpace and can KO him. Thunderbolt is to cover Flying & Water types that can't possibly wall the attack.
Chandelure@Choicescarf/Leftovers/Wiseglasses
Modest-Revenge killer/Sp.Sweeper
252 Sp.Attack/252 Speed/4 HP
-Overheat
-Flamethrower
-Shadowball
-Energyball
Mainly ran w/ Choicescarf, Chandelure effectively revenge kills. Chandelure is the main switch in for Staravia & to avoid Mach Punchers who could possibly KO the Pokémon being targeted. With great prediction, Chandelure switches into a Fire type attack &, w/ ability Flash Fire, sweeps using Overheat or Flamethrower. Energyball covers it's Water weakness as well as Ground weakness. Modet nature boasts a whooping 427 Sp. Attack, which allows Chandelure to somewhat easily KO those attacked.
Cresselia@Lightclay
Bold-Wall/Supporter
252 Defense/252 Sp.Defense/4 HP
-Thunderwave
-Moonlight
-Reflect
-Light screen
Cresselia is my main wall. I commonly switch her in and out to set up Thunderwave first to ensure that the rest of the team, as well as herself, outpace the opponnent paralysed. Dual screen w/ Lightclay is her best attribute as a very physically bulky Pokémon. After setting up, she can switch out to a Sweeper/Revenge killer; more often switched out for Staraptor to give great defense behind Dual screens & to avoid super effective Ghost attacks. She often switches out after a U-turn from Staraptor when scouting.
*I'm willing to take any suggestions. Please list ideas & possible changes.*
