Apologies for the delay, but here is the list of qualifiers from the 1st cycle. (No picture because the bot broke and is still having issues)

The following users have been disqualified for account sharing:

The above users will not be considered for cycle 2, and if they have already signed up, you can consider it void.

Additionally, snowpoint (AGLT25 Chihaya, originally 4th place) has since been banned from Smogon, thus disqualifying him from the tournament.
