Extreme Speed provides a strong priority option against opposing setup sweepers like Miraidon and Palkia-O; alternatively, Nuzzle lets Arceus-Fairy cripple Zacian-C, Imposter users, and defensive checks, and a pivoting move like Volt Switch or Flip Turn is also an option to retain momentum. Heavy-Duty Boots increases Arceus-Fairy's longevity and further improves its entry hazard removal potential, while Covert Cloak protects Arceus-Fairy from common moves with secondary effects, such as Nuzzle and Mortal Spin. Alternatively, Nuzzle lets Arceus-Fairy cripple Zacian-C, Imposter users and other defensive checks. Heavy-Duty Boots increases Arceus-Fairy's longevity and further improves its hazard removal potential, while Covert Cloak protects Arceus-Fairy from common status moves defensive hazard setters often carry, such as Nuzzle. Implemented, for the last sentence I kept original wording because Tera Steel still doesn't really check Arceus or Zacian-C, more of a surprise factor to fire a Boomburst into an Espeed
