I think this is something that seriously needs to be the first set, for every Eviolite set I see on the top of the ladder, I see probably 15 of these.
 
^ Same story with those EVs though. I'd switch Def and SpD investment for this meta.

EDIT: Which you already did. Ignore me. Though, I'd switch U-turn and EQ still.
(Testing that set out though, it looks really cool. Like a Gligar 2.0)

literally had to completely change this over like 3 metas ergh

1st set: Heysup's fast support with new EVs maybe. Adam Lambert, why are you switching the defensive EVs?

2nd set: defensive support?

3rd set: outright offensive?
 
I actually already switched them, but the extra SpD was only required to exactly counter LO Krow, letting Brave Bird do enough to trigger Berry Juice and Dark Pulse do little enough to not KO after SR. The defense is generally more useful now.
 
More Defense let's it counter birds better, Doduo. The SpD was only needed last meta, like Heysup said, for LO Krow.

Heysup's set definitely deserves to be the first set, too, imo though. His set is pretty amazing, I love it.
 
i'd probably slash rock slide with defog too on the first set cuz sr + 3 attacks is a perfectly valid set if you're running drilbur or something already. i've used it to decent success (with some attack investment though)
 
I would mention Acrobatics on the Defensive set. I have had great success with it as a psuedo knock off absorber (although I realize not everyone plays as aggressively as me). It can be good, and a 55 BP Acro still hits hard with a base 18 Atk (similar to Hidden Power on any special attacker psuedo). I use a moveset of Acrobatics / Earthquake / Stealth Rock / Roost if that matters. It has utility in beating Mienfoo and Timburr and whatnot. However I would slash Berry Juice as well if you follow through with this. BJ Defensive functions similar to Defensive Misdreavus, as a more offensive pivot I guess.
 
So, I agree with moving the 76 SpD EVs into Atk on the first set. Mainly because you removed SpD EVs from the defensive set.

On the defensive set, why do you have 236 HP / 236 Def / 36 Spe Impish? This gives you defensive stats of 25 / 15 / 11, which become 25 / 22 / 16 with Eviolite. If you use a spread of 236 HP / 156 Def / 76 Spd / 36 Spe, you will have defensive stats of 25 / 14 / 12, which become 25 / 21 / 18 with Eviolite; this lets you take special hits better while losing merely a point of physical bulk.

Make offensive the first set, slash Rock Slide with Stone Edge, and add Sub + Endeavor Berry Juice Archen to the OO.
