For this Council we will be using a 5-person Council team, and we will elect the Councilmen in two different polls, to account for voter preferences changing based on certain combinations of membership. In this poll you will be voting for the last 2 members, to work with JjayyFeather, Toon, and Frosty.
We will be using Ranked Pair Voting, an explanation of which can be found here.
