What some people are saying is that just because it's not broken and sweeps every team that it should be BL. This isn't true, it was meant to be Balanced/Defensive and NOT be Revenankh 2.0

I probably just missed this somewhere, but:

What are Pyroak's Egg Groups? Going out on a limb and saying Plant and Humanshape/Dragon/Monster... idk, I figured it was kinda important.
 
Probably as soon as we find someone to run it.

I'd volunteer but my access to actual non-Wii internet is not assured at all times.
 
This is an SQSA thread, not a discussion on the next CAP project. tennis and darkie answered the question adequately.
 
Doug, are there any plans for a Ladder on the CaP server for the purpose of obtaining reliable statistics?

Actually i dont think Wyverii made one for Pyroak, and KoA didn't make one for Revenankh. As for the ladder, as far as i know djd is working on that and a bunch of other things at the moment. Just know that there is a large possibility in the future for one.
 
Who deleted Cute Slims topic about rearranging the Uber list to account for CaPs?

I know its too early to do right now but I think deleting the topic goes too far.
 
I really want a "Create-an-Evolution" Project to begin.
Has a decision been made on that?
And if so, when can we have it?
I've read all the posts in this thread, and I don't think the evolutions will be as burdensome as creating an entirely new Pokemon. All we would have to do is make a Pokemon better by simply tweaking its stats, and possibly giving it a new typing, moveset, or ability. And of course making a sprite.
Evolutions require less work that starting from scratch, so I say we should implement it at the same time if possible.
 
Last time I talked to Doug about a create an evolution project, he didn't oppose the idea, but said that it wasn't top priority. I believe it's planned to be worked on after our first CaP revision starts.

In other words, not any time soon. It'd be better to ask Doug himself if you can.
 
Is there any chance of a Create a Pokemon Contest? Like where we get users to post a fully created project, and then have a panel of mods review, and choose the best one?
Then afterwards, artists could draw and sprite the creation, then you release it as a new CaP on the server?
