Well, that's actually finr becase I'm just looking for good Dittos now, but doesn't the pkmn have to be a t a certain level for the IV calc to work correctly? There is no IV-guy in D/P but the characteristic can be realiable if you combine it with an IV calculator because if you have delimited the range of a certain IV enough then the characteristic will tell you the exact number it can be. The downside is that it only works for the highest IV value (or only one of them it there is a tie).
Thank you kind sir. =)Yes, the higher the level the more accurate the results you will get. In D/P dittos are caught at levels 29-30 so it should be fine.
Actually I found out that at level 30 if the ditto has a perfect stat then its value should be:
- For HP it is 78
- For a stat boosted by its nature is 47
- For a neutral stat is 43
- For a stat lowered by its nature is 38
Following that you are guaranteed to find the perfect stats quickly.
What exactly is Superpower's added effect? Serebii's description isn't very helpful...
I have a question about the ability Intimidate.
If I had 2 Pokemon on my team with that ability (let's say Salamence and Gyarados) and I switched Gyarados in, then switched Salamence in. Would those intimidates "combine" to count as if the opponent had their attack cut twice, or does the effect go away after I switched Gyarados out?
What if the Gyarados had died, and the Salamence was sent in?
If you switch in one right after another, yeah, attack's gonna get cut twice. It's a rough combo in doubles. It's essentially a Charm on both opponent Pokemon at once (barried Hyper Cutter, Clear Body, etc.)
when you intimidate someone their attack gets lowered one stage. if you do it twice it's two stages. as long as the opposing (intimidated) pokemon does not switch out, they will have their attack lowered. if one of the pokemon dies it does not affect the opossing pokemons attack. If you wanted to you could keep on switching between salamence and gyrados untill your opponent has -6 attack. No, that would violate sleep clause. Unless it's turned off, then it's not allowed. If someone sleeps one of my pokes can I use rest on another?
If I rest on one pokemon are they allowed to sleep another pokemon?
My friends don't play competitively so I've been trying to think of some interesting/gimicky sets to play with them to have some fun. Anyone have any ideas? It's hard when I just 6-0 them all the time with non iv'd, non ev'd pokes. ;)
If I ask anyone, or go on any site, they say the EV spread for a Mixape(infernape)is attack24/Sp attack252/speed228
why do we want they special attack higher than the attack
i would like them even, so do i go 126attack/126Sp attack??
