I've been hatching eggs nearly all day, and this has happened! I've hatched 3 females with trace and 2 males with synchronizer =(
The Diamond Dust happened in the northernmost town (the one with snowpoint temple in it) on Ken Sugimori's birthday (might be some other GF employee). Instead of the usual snow, there was some twinkly stuff that you wouldn't even notice if you weren't looking for it. It was stupid and pointless.
Why it isn't happening for you is beyond me. Are you sure you have the right date? Either way, you aren't missing anything. Seriously, the most underwhelming 'event' in the history of mankind.

If a Pokemon in a 2v2 battle uses Skill Swap and then switches out, will the other Pokemon in play keep its Swapped ability, or revert to its original one?
I'm pretty sure the special snow is only in the town, not the nearby route.

I have a question, please help... What level does a pokemon have to be at before an IV calc will determine the IV stat correctly? I need to know because I have to find out how many Rare Candies I will need... >.>
You will get different and more accurate results with higher levels, there isn't a single level that is guaranteed to give you the correct results (besides level 100) because it varies depending on the base stats of every pokemon and the IVs too. Use metalkid's calc and input every level up for your pokemon and it will tell you at what level you will get more accurate results for every stat.

where do you buy Dive Balls in Pearl?
Yeah, you can buy them in Pokemon Battle Revolution.
I don't know about XD and Colosseum, but Jirachis obtained from the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc can hold them.
They can't be bought in-game anywhere in D/P because there is no Dive HM so they would be pointless. They can be gotten randomly from the guy that asks you to show you a different pokemon every day in Solaceon town or palparked from the GBA games.

I have the Colosseum Bonus Disk and I have 2 Jirachis from it; I don't recall them holding Salac berries. Is it a random effect?
