Who's online right now and can hack check my Wish Chansey that I just found on the GTS yesterday?

Edit: OMG! This Chansey has 10 / 22 / 25 / 31 / 28 / 25 as it's ivs! Please god let this be legit!!!

I tried to use the search function to find some stuff out about it but I guess I'll just ask here.

Is AR bannable? are there legit ways to use it? if u dont use it how do u know something you got is hacked or not? Will people not play with you if you use it, etc.

Using an AR is not a reason to be banned in itself but you have to follow the rules of the wifi subforum, it would be good if you read ALL this topic: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19407
There was an announcement not long ago that explained things a little bit more but I can't find it. Basically you should know that anything that involves the use of an external device is not "legit" in any way but if you tell people you are trading/battling with in advance how is it that you use your AR then they can decide if they want to trade/battle or not.
I dont' understand this question: "if u dont use it how do u know something you got is hacked or not?" because to my understanding the AR can't tell you if something is "hacked".
 
I mean like if I didn't decide to use AR and traded with someone how would you know if it was hacked or not? besides like checking the IVs and stuff I guess

Yeah I checked that thread but it just gave some code examples I haven't really found anything that says "These codes are accepted:" XXX or whatever
 
I'm attempting to capture a Smergle that will first Sketch Counter and then Bite and Ice Punch.

I know Lucian's Medicham has Ice Punch but I would level Smeargle really high and use luck in using Sketch when Medicham uses Ice Punch. This could take a while...

My question is this: What location of Sinnoh and a low level Pokemon uses Ice Punch?

Just 2v2 battle at the Grand Lake Restaurant and have your Medicham use Ice Punch, then Smeargle Sketch it?

You won't find that list, just read the rules, it clearly states that you have to inform what codes you are using beforehand and let others decide. Everybody has a different view on this matter so it is useless to try to find a consensus here.
 
Are 64 HP EVs on the analysis Raikou just for Leftovers and not Sub? I'm making my own custom spread, but I'd just like to know.
 
I need a pokemon that can paralyze (Even using move like Discharge or Body Slam), phaze or haze, and also counter Gyarados and Infernape.
Any suggestions?

Try Mesprit. It gets T-Wave, and can T-bolt Gyarados, as well as Psychic Infernape. It can definately take one of their hits, I've been using it for a while and it works great.
 
It can't (p)haze though. I don't think there are any pokes besides Lugia that meet those specifications.
 
celebi can do a pretty good job of countering gyara, can phaze with perish song, and gets thunder wave.
zapdos gets t wave, thunderbolt, and roar, but cant come in on a gyara stome edge.
 
Is there a UU guide by any chance? I know the metagame hasn't developed as much as OU, but might as well try... A UU threat list wouldn't hurt either. :D
 
Is there any program on this site or another where you can choose any typing, whether it currently exists or not, and see what it's weaknesses and resistances are? Like a Steel/Dark, Water/Ghost, Ice/Dragon, etc. I'm horrible at remembering weaknesses/resistances, or it'd be easy to do myself. I mainly want to do this for typings that aren't used by an existing Pokemon, so serebii's Pokedex won't work.

Not precisely, but, if you're clever, you can use this to your means.

Try using the serebii.net pokedex but it will only use existing pokemon and their types

40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe


Any particular reason why there's 40 HP? Seems.... a little unnecessary? Seeing how one pop will probably KO it anyway?

..Yeah, I just want to 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe the little punk. But before I do I want to see exactly why the 40 HP is there. Maybe 216 Speed EVs is all that's needed, and 252 is overkill.
But you can never be too sure.

Do you have D/P? The Poke'tch app. #16 gives you this information.
