I tried googling it, and GameFAQs and couldn't find much...

...Is there anywhere I can get AR codes... What I'm looking for specifically is fast hatch and IV check... and I'm wondering if the IV check code involves Pokesav at all, or how that works.

Edit: I found the AR code for fast hatch, but I'd still like confirmation on IV check if possible. Main reason is that if I need to ship it into pokesav, I can't use it because for some reason (Vista, most likely) AR doesn't like my computer.

here is the IV check: http://arcode.angelfire.com/DiamondandPearl.html
it does not require pokesav by any means all you need is a regular ar ds

Is there any way to speed up the production of an egg at the day care other than the instant egg code?

For this project I'll always be breeding different species with same OT. Different OT same species won't work for me, so don't suggest that.

EDIT: Another question: Will SRing (L+R+Start+Select) turn off AR codes? It seems to do that for me.

When's Platinum going to be released in the US?
If no one knows, how long id D/P for US come out after Japanese released (just as an estimate)

Platinum doesn't have a US Release date yet, and we probably won't hear anything about it until after Pokémon Ranger : Shadows of Almia comes out in November (so it is not overshadowed, pardon the pun). However, to answer the second part of your question D/P came out in Japan on September 28, and in North America on April 22. This is about a seven month difference, which is reasonable to expect for Platinum. Nobody knows for sure though, and we won't until Nintendo decides to announce it.

I have a question about Shedinja:

Will it only go into a pokeball? If all I had was a dusk ball, would it be in the dusk ball when Nincada evolves?

EDIT: Yeah, it only goes into a pokeball

Evolve Nincada at the exact level that Ninjask is supposed to learn Sword Dance. The resulting Shedinja will have the same moves as the Ninjask at the moment it evolved.

ok right now im running a lead TTar with Stone Edge for Aerodactyl, Weavile and Yanmega, Crunch for Deoxys Gengar and Azelf, Fire Punch for Bronzong and Thunderbolt for Gyarados

however, ever since the departure of Garchomp, his sandstream is actually hurting me alot more

so im looking for another good lead, maybe Anti Lead Weavile, since i added a dragonite and stopping Stealth Rock could be useful

Speaking of Dragonite, I like the Dragon Dancing Light Screen Set with Yache Berry, along with Outrage and Roost, however i run into massive problems with Forrestress, Skarmory and the like
So a lead that can set up Light Screen for him thats not named Deoxys would be useful, or maybe use Cresselia to Light Screen? I'll replace with Reflect if that means anything

Gorebyss analysis said:
Offensive Gorebyss should maximize Special Attack before anything else, and devote most of the remaining EVs to Speed. If Gorebyss is Modest, a good Speed to aim for is 192, which lets it outrun Jolly Swellow assuming Swift Swim is in effect; if it's Timid, it can either use 232 EVs for 217 Speed to outrun many common Choice Scarf users after an Agility boost or rain, or 204 EVs to outrun Pokemon with 55 base Speed or less and a Speed-neutral nature.

It has Swift Swim so it can outspeed some pokemon in UU, if you don't plan to use it on the rain then at least it can outspeed other pokemon as slow as itself. It gets Agility too so speed is important if you plan to use that move.

I remember seeing this somewhere, but I can't remember where.

How many of each of the parents stats are picked to be passed down to the baby during breeding?

What about for the choice specs set? Which nature and evs should I consider for my Gorebyss in OU?
