These two sets, imo, compliment each other, Gorebyss Baton Passes Agilities plus a Substitute to Froslass and Froslass sweeps away.

Poffins

What berries should i use to make poffins that will raise a bold natured feebas's beauty in DP?

Is it's effectiveness related to how well i stir/blend/make it?
 
The ones' that raise beauty are the dry poffins and what does the characteristic on the nature page of your pokemon say, such as "pokemon so and so likes dry poffin,etc.?"

Snow Cloak
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid nature
~ Thunder Wave / Destiny Bond
~ Confuse Ray / Spikes
~ Ice Beam
~ Thunderbolt

Supports team with TWave and Spikes. Destiny Bond is to take out a slower threat, and Confuse Ray works with TWave to further nnoy the opp. Works wonders with hail support. Colbur Berry lets Froslass survive pursuit once.

The smogon shoddy server wont let me connect & wants me to solve a CAPTCHA that isn't there. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it did not work

Any help?

i think you dont really need a perfect one, just one with good speed and Hp,
also you mentioned attack, but a baton pass smeargle doesnt need attack at all, that is for the endeavor, extremspeed, explosion sets.

you cant change your pokemon IV´s at all, they are set at the moment you capture or hatch him. Edit: lol for some stupid reason I thought that page 71 was the last one and it wasnt responded.

When I transfer a Pokemon from my GBA game to DP via Pal Park, do I still have that Pokemon in my GBA game?

Rotom should be where it was in D/P, the old house in the forest, in the TV at night.
EDIT: Just saw you need Manaphy, but you can see it in the mansion, where the mansion pokemon can be found in a book behind the owner of the mansion.
