when give a choice between flamethrower or fire blast, what do you go for?

more power/less accuracy or some consistent but less damage

i current have 3 fire attacks on the team,
Fire Blast on Salamence, Flamethrower and Azelf and Heatran. Im thinking of going all Fire Blast, but what do you guys prefer?

LOL only the poorest of poor hacks are blocked from the GTS. Case in point: finding a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Modest Celebi in a Master Ball with AAAAAAAA as the OT on the GTS when the only legit Celebi come in Pokeballs with 10 ANNIV as the OT (there's also the Japanese Colosseum Celebi but I'm sure the OT isn't AAAAAAAA)

Oh i didn't know that =/, i just got Wifi and so i'm new at the whole GTS stuff...so how do you look at the summary of a pokemon ur looking at that someone else has???? I don't see where it lets you do that...
 
Matt: you can't look at the summary- the GTS isn't really for competitive battlers- it's more for the casual pokemon fan.

Anyways, I have a question of my own.
What does Smogon think of "Fast Hatch" the AR Code, that lets you hatch eggs faster?
 
I need X-act's calculator to figure out the way to make seaking as tough as possible with 242 EVS. Where can I find X-act's calculator to figure out defensive EVs? It won't be holding leftovers so that is not a big deal.


Ok. I used skarmcents and blisscents to figure out that Seaking (**** yeah seaking) is slightly tougher than lumineon if it has max/max, it can still hit a good number in speed and it has 23 more base attack. So I chose it. Anyway, If I want to outrun frosslass and jumpluff in the rain that takes 16 in speed EVs. That means it takes away 252 in attack and 16 in speed so I am left with 242 for defenses.

Ok I didn't think you could.....

Most people on smogon generally are ok with the Fast Hatch code...atleast that I've seen.

my Azelf MixOrb set would be appreciated.

So why wouln't that one be blocked? They wanted a manaphy so i cloned mine and traded it just to see what it was.....ya
 
A few stupid questions I honestly don't have the answer to.

If legendary rebattle is used to SR for things like heatran, does it contradict legitimacy?

Is the only way to SR for a zapdos in fire red/leaf green?

I've never actually "SRed" before, but whenever I try nothing happens. Isn't the command a/b/start/select?

Yes, it's A/B/Start/Select for the GBA games, it's R/L/Start/Select for the DS games
