Is there a program out that can tell me what pokemon resist certian move combinations?

For example, if my swampert had EQ and Stone Edge, is there a program that could tell me who resists the combo?

The pastoria guy will not reteach egg moves. The options he gives is generated for all pokemon of that species and level, not for each specific pokemon. I don't think the information of old egg moves is even stored as data. In either case, it will not let you relearn egg moves.
Old Egg Moves are not stored in the Pokemon's Data.

Most hack-checking is impossible >.< or that's what I've heard. There are enough members on smogon who say that they can create unnoticeable hacks. But you shouldn't talk to much about it, smogon rules forbid that.
Hack checking can still trip up incompetent noobs that do dumb shit, but with a certain level of sophistication you can make a "legit" Pokemon.

What hack checking does is it compares the data of the Pokemon to what is possible given the rules that the game uses to make Pokemon. If the hacker has complete knowledge of those rules, that person can make a Pokemon that is entirely within those rules, and will therefore, for all practical purposes, be legit.
Can X-Act's PID/IV template be used for chained, shiny pokemon?
Thanks ;)
I believe that Chained Pokemon use a different algorithm. Don't quote me though.

There's a site that can tell you this.
is relicanth considered a fossil pokemon
As in revived from a fossil, no. Can you be a bit more specific with the word "considered"? Considered for what, by whom?

Does Conversion2 change the type to resist the last move that HIT the Pokémon, rather than the last move used?
Does this effect stay after switching?
Does this work on moves that don't deal damage (like Toxic, Thunder Wave)?
Ta in advance.

but does nintendo tournament people know how to differentiate legit-looking hacked pokemon from real ones?
Well Nintendo isn't exactly a dumb ass, if you give them a Pokemon that isn't a perfect hack or extremely close to near perfect, they'll detect it. But I wouldn't know how good they are at checking, my guess is that they aren't as skilled at hack checking as say er... Syberia? That is if hack checking is even a skill.

Edit: Not to bash hack checkers or anything, it's just I hear a lot of people scoffing at how Hack Checking / Breeding or whatever isn't a skill or something.

Edit 2: @OmegaX: Yeah I know, it's just I was afraid someone might get offended by me saying that for some reason :p.

does X-Acts PID calculator work for XD pokemon ?

No. it only works for wild and legendary pokemon caught in the GBA and DS games.

@Al Alchemist: breeding isn't a skill because it is just mindless repetition of the same thing over and over. If you read X-Act's and Peterko's breeding guide then you know everything there is to breeding. Hack checking is more or less the same thing because there are guides for that too, unless you are the one developing the methods for hack checking then there isn't any skill involved just repetition.

Nintendo would have absolute knowledge of every rule that the game uses to make Pokemon. If they wanted, they could hack check as well, or better than, anyone here on Smogon.

Breeding is no more of a skill than typing is. And I'm not talking about 120 wpm super fast secretary typing, just typing of any kind.

It's not the fact of good/bad IVs, it's just ANYTHING half decent on GTS is 99% Hacked...and if it doesn't come up hacked then they hacked well.

well, not ALL people have AR and know anything about perfect pokemon hacking, I just know the basics of legit pokemon.

and no. Its not 99% hacked.

I have mostly bad Iv's here, and they are caught in a Normal way, No weird Id's, Dates, etc.:toast:

anyways, Its just pokemon, Nothing special there, I dont edit or do anything to pokes I receive from the GTS, and I dont hack pokemon, I just check their Iv's and toss the bad ones back, and keep the good ones.

When it comes to getting stuff from the GTS, MorseCoder. If you offer a Pokemon that ends up being checked and found to be a hack, you're found to be at fault for trading it, in the eyes of some (usually most) people. SRing it yourself is the most reputable way of having something good to offer.

ah! thanks for those words Lorak.

well, Ill be breeding In Emerald Anyways, and I have No Fast hatch codes on the Gameboy, So Ill be breeding the Classic Magma Armor way, As for SRing, I can only get FR SRable Pokemon, and I can always restart the game whenever I get a good bunch and get another one.(I have Leaf Green as my "base game" and I keep SRing and SRing back on FR).

^_^

Thanks again.

No prob, glad to help. You don't *need* codes to be a good breeder. People often do it just to expedite the results, out of laziness, in my opinion.
