If I was to compile a list of the top 50 nUU Pokemon from January and write out how to counter them, would anyone be interested?
If you're going to write out a guide/long article/whatever you call it, you might want to PM an admin/mod and ask if it's worth the work.
EDIT:
Cipher Admin Lovrina: The ability is set in stone. Get another Clefairy.

I need one last teammate here... I was thinking Rhyperior or Cresselia, but I cannot decide... What piece would really get this thing going?

If you make multiple clones of the same Clefairy, is there a better chance of getting Magic Guard? Or is the ability set in stone for each individual?

It's set in stone for each one of them. The way it works is that a pokemon with only one ability still has the variable that decides between it having ability A or ability B. So, if it gets traded to a version where the Pokemon (and other pokemon in its family) now have two abilities, if it evolves and the Variable is set for the other ability, it will swap to that ability. You probably have a 50 percent chance of getting Magic Guard when she evolves into Clefable.

It was answered above.

Teach a Clefairy Double Edge from the move tutor for it either in FR/LG (in Victory Road) or Emerald (in the Sootopolis Pokecenter). Then, trade the Clefairy over to D/P and evolve it with a Moon Stone and there's a chance that it's ability will switch to Magic Guard.

Of course, there's no guarantee of that working, so the easiest thing to do would be to make a clone of the Clefairy in Emerald using the cloning trick, then send the clone over to D/P and evolve it there; if the clone has Magic Guard, then teach the real Clefairy in Emerald Magic Double Edge and trade it over. If not, then get a new Clefairy and start the process over again until you get one that does have Magic Guard.

Basically: ADV tutor move, migrate, 50% chance to have Magic Guard upon evolution (set in stone).

I just realized I have to beat the Elite Four in Leaf Green, just to transfer a unsynchronized Clefairy to Emerald, where I have to actually start breeding, make sure the Clefairy gets Magic Guard upon entry into DP, and raised 48 BP on top of that...

Can someone help me fill in the blanks on my Official Nintendo Tournament Team before I begin this long and stressful quest?

I need a Sunny Day Sweeper that slaughters Heatran--any suggestions?

Yeah, because it executed the move before holding the item. Slower Pokémon would be locked in.

Generally, try for the best you can. Metagross can always use that added bulk. Unless you're using a mixed attacker, aim for 25+ in the defensive stats, and max at attack and speed.

Is the Nintendo Wifi screwing up lately, or is it me? When I go on PBR sometimes, it boots me off sometimes before it could find a random battle. My Internet works fine otherwise (it even managed to download World of Goo despite the long wait), and gets three bars throughout a whole battle. . .

PBR will kick you out of WiFi if it can't find anybody for you to fight. Used to happen to me all the time...Nintendo's servers are also unreliable, sometimes they work fine, other times(when they are overloaded with players/etc), the connection will be flimsy at best, regardless of your internet speed.

I've been disconnected from fights where I've had three bars, and I have decent Internet. . .

Thanks for clarifying the problem for me!

If you are disconnected in the middle of the fight its quite possible your opponent decided to turn the Wii off. Or, like I said, the server could just be garbage. Glad I could help.

Im making a team that will set up a heracross sweep. Im tryign to think of a pokemon that will draw out gliscor but then kill it with hp ice or something. What would be a good pokemon for this slot?
Edit: Also is there any way for a specs dugtrio to ohko Hippowdon? Assume sr is placed down.

Not without Fissure I think...108/72 is fairly decent and if Raikou's HP Ice does <50% to it then I doubt Duggy can OHKO it.
