When in the Resort Area, what is "The True King of the Area" (or however he said it) the man in the swimming pool is talking about? He said it is found by using a Super Rod there. Is he only referring to the high-level Magikarp?

It's like suspect for OU. Pokemon they deem to be too strong for UU are put here, but aren't necessarily going to stay in BL.

Does anyone know if there would be any difference in stats if I were to level the evolution of a pokemon or the pre-evolution and then evolve it?

For instance, would I see any difference in stats if I leveled a Haunter to 100 and then evolved it as opposed to evolving the Haunter as soon as possible and then trained the Gengar to 100?

Why is Wynaut in Ubers?
Read this. I don't think anyone's opinion on it has changed since then.

Stats are always calculated using the formula in this article. Whether you train then evolve or vice-versa makes no difference whatsoever.

No, the stats are all fixed and adjusted when the pokemon evolves.

If I catch one of the legendary birds, release it, go beat the E4, and talk to Oak again, will it respawn?

Thanks for the help. :]

1: is roar effective on ghost pokemon
2: is toxic spikes effective against flying pokemon
3: is spikes effective against flying pokemon
4: can entry hazards stack (use more than one at the same time, example: slealth rock and toxic spikes) if so which ones stack

Thank You :toast:

1.I'm actually not sure but I'm gonna say no, I could be wrong though.
2.No
3.No
4.Yes, Spikes and Toxic Spikes stack. You can have 3 layers of Spikes and 2 layers of Toxic Spikes.

Thanks

Thank you very much

I have one more question: Can you have stealth rock and toxic spikes on the field at the same time?

No. You only get each legendary bird once, just like with any other legendary Pokemon.
@Arb: Yes. Laying one entry hazard does not remove any others that are in play.
