Do Vitamins only work when going from 0 to 100 EVs in that particular stat?

Because I find that sometimes, I'll be EV-training my guy, get its' EVs in a particular stat to 152, and then when I go buy the 10 Vitamins to get him to 252 EVs, it says "It won't have any effect". What gives?

After you obtain the national dex, fossils of old Pokemon start popping up in the Underground, but that's all I know of.

Also, things like stones are become more common. In Diamond, Thunderstones and Fire Stones are very common, while Sun Stones are relatively common. In Pearl, Water and Leaf are very common, while Moon is relatively common. Light Clay, Iron Ball, and Heat/Icy/Smooth/Wet Rock become more common. Odd Keystones appear. Unfortunately, Arceus plates remain rare.

Poison Jab doesn't offer any additional type coverage over Ice Beam, so use Stone Edge or something over it. Nidoking works much better as a mixed sweeper, though, because of its more sweeper oriented stats and access to Megahorn.

If I have a Female and a Ditto in the daycare centre, then the Female must hold the Everstone for the 50% chance of passing down a nature, right? Also, both have been caught in D/P. Am I just having bad luck

Is there a resource I can use to find out exact stats of lvl 100 pokemon, with and without EVs? (ex. I want to know how much special defence of a salamence running no special def. EVs would be)

No, Ditto must ALWAYS be holding the Everstone, no matter what the gender of the other parent is. Don't worry, it confused me too x(

How much does a move like Howl or Bulk Up raise stats? One level, I know, but how much is one level? I know 6 levels is Original Stat x 8.
One level up = Attitional 50%, One level down is opposite of one up. (2/3, 1/2, so on)

6 levels is origional x4... and if you "knew" what 6 levels was, shouldn't you have been able to figure out what one is?

Either way, One level up = 50% higher. (100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400)

Edit:
Lol, forgot my question.

Where can I find a trainer with a Combee, Cherrim, and where the guy with the Dialga picture is? (I have pearl)

Is there anything else if I don't have netbattle?

www.metalkid.info has a stat calc. Enter IVs, EVs, level, and Pokemon and it gives you accurate stats.

1 level is 1.5x.

Whats the easiest way to get wish on eevee?

Togetic --> Pikachu --> Eevee and Smeargle --> Eevee both work.

Obviously if I didn't get 6 levels right, how could I get one?

The Celestic Town elder has Dialga, the lady near the Berry Master's house has Combee.

Well, with maths...

Thanks, how about a trainer with Cherrim?

Hypnosis hits dark types right?
Yarr

How does Gyro Ball work? The Serebii description is pretty vague.
Speed Differences? Not really sure, there isn't too much info on exact numbers.
