So, just so I understand this correctly, if I get Emerald and choose Latios as my roamer can I RNG it like everything else? Also, what Levels are Groudon and Kyogre in Emerald? I heard they were L70 or something wee-tod-did like that (can you see what I'm getting at yet ;D) Just exactly how are people getting good L50 Kyogres and Groudons?

Since you can't do GBA over wifi and eons aren't being given out any more (although actually one dude at worlds was...:/ ) Could I just use one of those old "Game Sharks" for GBA to get an Eon ticket? I'm not asking for codes or anything, I just don't know if it would work the same as actually "getting" the ticket.

Kyogre and Groudon are at Lv70 in Emerald, and I'd assume that good R/S ones are being RNG abused on emulators (save states to help them find where the "counting" starts and speeding up the game to get past insane waits, stuff like that).

And I'd assume that Eon Ticket codes would work, or possibly just "warp" codes like the ones people use to get to the islands with Deoxys and such. I wouldn't know for sure, I actually got a real Eon Ticket card from Ebay.

And Emerald roaming Latis are RNGable.

My GOd in heaven?!?! I just looked and there are 2 eon tickets on Ebay and they're BOTH like 60+ dollars!?!?? Did YOU pay that much?!?!

So last question. Thanks for the above answers.

To clarify, I can get a SRable L50 Groudon in Ruby, a SRable L50 Kyogre in Saphire, and a SRable Latios in Saphire?
 
Is there really no way inside the Global Terminal to get into WiFi for battling? I only noticed a way to get into the WFC for trading.. That's really weird..

Pokemon Centers are for wifi battling. GT is for trading / sharing videos.
 
I forgot to do this earlier but thanks to all the people who have given me advice on the Gliscor set. I decided to go with sand veil in the end as i tend to switch out against most intimidaters anyway. Again thanks.
 
My last pokemon Altaria used Perish Song on the opponent's last pokemon Spiritomb. Once the three turns passed, my Altaria fainted and the opponent won. Should this be the case? Is it because Altaria was faster?

I don't pretend to be an expert at ubers, but
1. Substitute is there, I imagine, so you can turn stuff like Blissey into total setup fodder, being immune to Seismic Toss, status, and taking laughable damage from flamethower/tbolt/etc.
2.
The defensive EVs give it guaranteed survival against a Spacial Rend from Timid Palkia, even after taking a Stealth Rock damage. Also, if Stealth Rock is not counted at all, Dragon Claw from a Groudon is only a 3HKO against this.

According to Self-KO Clause, yes. If you kill yourself, and you also kill the opponent's last pokemon, you lose.

I don't play Ubers, so I can't answer the first question.

I can answer the second one, however. Many times, it's to survive certain hits after a specific number of Calm Minds, allowing the defender to outstall the opposing pokemon and boost up in it's face, or kill it.

I just started IRC using Mibbit. I don't know how to get on to any of Smogon's channels. Can someone tell me how to get on one of them, from logging in to actually talking?

The server we use is called irc.synirc.net, so select that. To actually go into a room, choose either #smogon/#stark/#cap/etc. Remember to include the '#'.

I said generally...is anybody willing to trade over one? Also, does the Orb change a Giratina caught in Diamond and transferred to Platinum to the Origin Forme?
 
Generally, poison. It will change any giratina. If you have platinum you don't need to trade.

If I start a new game, are mystery gifts erased, like the secret key?
 
I need two Orbs...
BTW Orbs, Leftovers or Life Orb om DD Feraligatr and Gyarados? Are you sure the boost is high enough to be worth the recoil? I actually want to use the two in Hail, so that's of even greater inportancy..
 
If you are usin them in hail, leftovers would be better. You would only need two orbs if you were using two giratina-o on the same team atvthe same time. Besides, you can't use it on wifi(without an AR).
