If I trade a pokemon and then it gets traded back to the original trainer will it say traded pokemon or will it say where it was caught
 
Hi, I'm making a Hail stall team for Wi-Fi, where sadly Rotom Applications cannot be used. What will be the best replacement for Rotom? I was thinking of Dusknoir, Spiritomb and Mismagius.

Dusknoir
Pros: High Defences, good Attack, nice movepool
Cons: Pursuit weakness, "4-slot moveset syndrome"

Spiritomb
Pros: No weakness at all, good Gengar counter
Cons: Low stats all around, lacks Bug resistance (CB U-turn WILL hurt :/), mediocre movepool

Mismagius
Pros: Fast, solid movepool (Perish Song!), good Special Attack
Cons: Low Defence (Bullet Punch OHKOes), Pursuit weakness

Either Dusky, or Perish Trap Magius.
 
I asked this before but nobody answered it so I'll just ask it again.
Can somebody please tell me what your 'deviation' is no the ladder and how to find it. thanks.
 
i had a question:
i have sketch as my only move on my smeargle. now i sketched a move but i want sketch again but now i dont have it. so how do i get a smeargle with 4 moves?

Your deviation is your upper rating plus your lower rating added together divided by 2, then subtracting that from your upper rating.

For example, if you had 1500 and 2000 for lower and upper, you would add those together and get 1750. Your deviation would be 2000-1750, which is 250.

Use the move relearner to relearn Sketch.

Deviation is: (the difference between the lower and upper limit of your rating) /2
 
I am going to make a warstory,
how do I make sprites go side by side?

@graves: Have you tried placing the images in center tags? It should work.

EDIT;; I made it work, but the whole thing is centered now...I guess if you put text after the [ /center] or manipulate the post toolbar, it should be fine.

I was wondering what happened when a pokemon uses U-turn on the same turn your opponent's pokemon uses Protect.

I know Protect nullfies the damage of U-turn, but does it also block the effect of U-turn?
 
I have a quick question. When will the actual voting procedure take place?
Are the mods waiting for everyone on the qualified voters list to confirm in that one thread up there or majority of the qualified voters to confirm? Just curious.
 
Can any1 help me get 2 flawless ivs in a pokemon. i have 1 parent with 31 atk and the otha parent with a 31 spd. i need to get the baby to inherit both of those flawless ivs

  1. stick them both in daycare
  2. put a pokemon with Flame Body 1st in your party and any other pokemon that will be strong enough to beat the wild pokemon at the Resort area second in your party, and a pokemon that knows fly 3rd.
  3. ride your bike for enough steps to reliably create an egg (try 1000)
  4. Save in front of the day care man BEFORE you get the egg.
  5. Pick up the egg and hatch it
  6. Fly to the resort area
  7. Put the baby pokemon 1st in your party
  8. Fight a Wild Pokemon, but switch out the baby for the strong pokemon
  9. As the baby levels up input it's stats at each level into Metalkid's calculator
  10. If it looks like the baby has the 31s where you want them, then keep it.
  11. If it looks like the baby doesn't have the 31s where you want it, then SR and repeat steps 5-10 till it does. Each time you SR the baby will have different IVs.
Trust me, It goes pretty quick, especially if you're just looking for 2.

I assume it will start after a week or so, or when most voters have confirmed.

well i did put both of them in the daycare then get the eggs and save so i then use rare candies level it up to about 93. is that a good way to find a baby with the ivs i want

It still gains EVs, so you'll have to record the EVs it gets or use EV reduction berries (I almost put "use Rare Candies" there, lol).
