Nope, because Seismic Toss isn't listed as an Egg move for Chansey.

you can get the same person's flag multiple times, so there's no need to look for that many ppl to play with.
 
I know that, but since I've just left school there IS no one to play with, unless I track some down.

A rattata that has a Focus Sash. It endeavors a pokemon to 1 HP, then kills it with quick attack. I think its shit though, it gets wasted by any ghost and tyranitar.
 
Umm, the hack filter in PBR.

It's been said that on PBR Wi-Fi, there is a hack filter. It detects legal IV's/Moves/EV's, so if you hacked for the EVENT it's safe right?

Also, would it check for the location in which it was caught and the Secret ID?
 
I'll assume an event hack is safe.

I'll assume and incorrect location, english shaymin or darkrai, and arceus are bad.

But, I wonder if PBR checks Secret ID? But at the same time, I caught all the event hacks myself, so Secret ID really doesn't matter, right?
 
God I hate it how much Gamefaqs is obsessed with this 'fear'. Not only is it shit because rattata dies to sandstorm (use Phanpy lol), but because nobody would ever let it kill more than one Pokemon even if there is no sandstream...
