Is there a certain place / pokemon where I can find heart scales? I'm too lazy to transfer them over >.>

Wild Luvdiscs can still hold them I think, or you can dig for them Underground. They're fairly common Underground; I've never had to dig for more than maybe 30-45 minutes to find a handful of them, that'd probably be your best bet.

You can either get them:
A: By finding them underground, or
B: By fishing for Luvdiscs at the Pokemon League or Route 224 w/ the Super Rod
Edit: Bleargh, beaten.

How would I got abouts finding a good nature and IV Cresselia. I've heard you can't use synchronise and its a runner. Does this mean the best way is to save before seeing it run off, then catching it and check for nature, IVs would be too hard to control this way.

No way to tip the odds unfortunately, it's 100% random chance. Same thing for Mesprit too, which really sucks.

Are the IVs and nature of the legendary dogs in FRLG set in stone after you defeat the Elite Four?
Just found my Raikou with 8/6/0/0/0/0 :\

I've been told, and i'm not 100% on this, that they're decided when you choose your starter. If that's the case, it really sucks.

Ah yes it does. Just caught it again with exactly the same results. Makes me sad lol :\
Ah well I'll be restarting my FR anyway to get Charmander + Suicune. Hopefully the pogey gods bless me with some leet bold Suicune.

If i have a pokemon with a macho brace and another holding an exp share does the macho brace one receive double EVs and the other just normal or is it doubled as well? thanks.

thanks for the answer, and one last thing. Suppose you have just started a battleand the opponent starts with a weavile and you start with a dragonite (bad starter but its for the example's sake) and you decide to switch to your metagross and use bullet punch. Assuming weavile doesn't switch, can it attack once, or twice before you manage to hit it with bullet punch.

Once on the switch, and then Bullet Punch will hit unless Weavile uses a priority attack also.

Yeah, nobody uses Steel Wing. And if you want it back Ill give you mine. But remember that Togekiss has horrible Attack, unless it has Hustle.

I know. But Id rather use T-Bolt or something to EV train with, because its 100% accurate, and if I miss when EV training, it really screws me up, cuz I calculate EVs based on remaining PP.
