of course it helps! But it seems you are very lazy.. so I would recomend you to evolve it at level 43

hahaha nah it wasn't that. I looked through it, couldn't find what I was suppose to look at, sorry never encounted that site, I usually use that Marriland one.

want to be cool and show me how to read that page, well find that info im looking for on it :)

you can evolve him at any level you want unless you want it to learn a move that nidoking doesnt learn por ejemplo: Poison jab (level 43).

EDIT: beaten by so many people...XD

Well I am trying to get this build:
[SET]
name: Physical sweeper
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: Megahorn
move 3: Stone Edge
move 4: Fire Punch / Sucker Punch
item: Leftovers / Choice Band / Life Orb / Choice Scarf
nature: Adamant
evs: 6 HP / 252ATK / 252 SPD

[SET COMMENTS]

Nidoking is easily one of the most diverse attackers around, and woe be to most Pokemon that attempt to wall this. Earthquake is your main attack; Megahorn hits annoying grass types; Stone Edge is for fliers and bugs; and Fire Punch deals with Skarmory and Bronzong. If you have some other response to Skarmory, consider Sucker Punch, which is an excellent response to obnoxious Psychics and Ghosts who outspeed you. You can use Choice Band here for more power, Choice Scarf for speed, or stick with good old Leftovers. Life Orb is for the sweep-minded and could be effective given Nidoking's resistance to Stealth Rock and Sandstream.

So I guess evolve it at 16 once it turns to nidorino is the best option.

I also wanted to know this.

Q.) Does a the 3rd Evolution link of a pokemon benefit more from level ups (more stats) then its 2nd Evolution. (ie. Gengar gains more stats per level up then its pre-evo Haunter)

for Fire Punch youll need the Emerald Tutor and for Sucker Punch... you would have to breed for it. And yes, if you want that set, then evolve it right away...
BTW where are you from?

And in case you're wondering, you MUST breed with a female Nidoran to get egg moves for male Nidoran. The egg has a 50-50 chance of hatching into the male Nidoran, even if you breed with the female. Also, for some strange and creepy reason, Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't breed.
