That really doesnt help me with my question.
of course it helps! But it seems you are very lazy.. so I would recomend you to evolve it at level 43
hahaha nah it wasn't that. I looked through it, couldn't find what I was suppose to look at, sorry never encounted that site, I usually use that Marriland one.

you can evolve him at any level you want unless you want it to learn a move that nidoking doesnt learn por ejemplo: Poison jab (level 43).

Life Orb is for the sweep-minded and could be effective given Nidoking's resistance to Stealth Rock and Sandstream.</p>
So I guess evolve it at 16 once it turns to nidorino is the best option.

Does anyone have an answer to my Sandstorm team question (i.e. which Pokemon can function reasonably well without immunity to it)? Any help would be appreciated! :)
It's up to you. You can evolve him at twenty and have Nidoking learn Thrash, Megahorn and Earth Power. But IMO I would level him up to 35 for Toxic Spikes...
I also wanted to know this.
Q.) Does a the 3rd Evolution link of a pokemon benefit more from level ups (more stats) then its 2nd Evolution. (ie. Gengar gains more stats per level up then its pre-evo Haunter)

for Fire Punch youll need the Emerald Tutor and for Sucker Punch... you would have to breed for it. And yes, if you want that set, then evolve it right away...

You don't have to evolve him right away. just evolve him b4 he reaches lv58.
Then you wont be getting fire punch... The tutor is a person that help your pokes learning attacks that they dont normally learn

And in case you're wondering, you MUST breed with a female Nidoran to get egg moves for male Nidoran. The egg has a 50-50 chance of hatching into the male Nidoran, even if you breed with the female. Also, for some strange and creepy reason, Nidorina and Nidoqueen can't breed.
Or trade for one.
