Male Togetic with Wish + Female Skitty/Delcatty = Male Skitty with Wish
Male SKitty with Wish + Female Eevee = Eevee with Wish
Eeevee with Wish + Lv:36 to Baton Pass = Lv 36 Eevee with Wish and Baton Pass
 
That something is Smeargle.
Sketch Wish on a male Smeargle and breed with a Female Eevee.
IMO Illumise is probably the best to sketch off. Catch one, have it relearn Wish, go to that double battle restaurant and Sketch it.

Then to get Wish AND Baton Pass on a baby Eevee, have the Male Eevee know Wish and Baton Pass and the female know Baton Pass (lv 36) and breed them.
 
So wait, I am getting conflicting messages.

Will a Pokemon that was hatched in Hoenn say "Arrived from Hoenn at level X" or "Hatch in Hoenn at level X" or something else?

It'll say, "Hoenn: Arrived at Lv. X"
It doesn't specify if it was hatched there or not.
I confirmed; My Electivire in my Diamond was hatched in my Emerald.
 
Oh, okay. Because my friend gave me his Chansey from the Advanced games. I know he said he traded a Chansey over from Fire Red to Ruby, bred it and then gave one of the baby Chansey to me.

The message was that it arrived at level 5, and not that it hatched, so I was wondering if he hacked it.

so, I finally got my 31/31/x/x/x/31 Nidoran (M). it has rivalry, and will have a choice band. how is the ATTACK-stat calculated? is it: current stat*1.5*1.25? or is it 1/4th of the current stat + 1/2 of the current stat + current stat?

example: 300 attack*1.5*1.25=562.5 rounded down 562 or is it: 75+150+300=525?

The problem with Blissey and Tangrowth is that both would increase my weaknesses anyway (to Fighting and Ice). Any others?

Probably for Focus Punch. I havent done any calculations, but it said FP is a OHKO on Tyranitar, and a 2HKO on Snorlax. So maybe you need attack for that?
