PBR question (if it's allowed): when playing on LAN is there a level 100 option or is it just as bad as DS Wireless? How about games with friends?

What's the point of hitting 207 speed on CB Ttar? Is it really that important? I would assume so because it's sacrificing a lot of HP, but what exactly are you outspeeding?

I know that Arceus's plates give a 20% power boost to their respective type, but what about Mystic Water, Charcoal, Twisted Spoon, Never-Melt-Ice, etc? Is it 10% or 20% boost?

when i use any form of counter (the attack) and someone uses fire punch is the damage sent back fire or fighting????

With friends it's LV 50 AND LV 100. LAN is only LV 50 I believe.

With friends you can also turn on a whole shit load of clauses

How do you kill the the Wonderguard Spiritombs (and Sableyes) that keep appearing on wi-fi/random battle tower?
Any poke with scrappy and any move that is super effective against dark. eg. Bug, fighting (forgot the others, or is that it?). I use a scrappy miltank with brick break.

How much HP does a point of Defense roughly equal? (i.e. How much better would 252 Defense EVs be vs. 252 HP EVs). My Rhyperior is a bit too fragile with my 252 HP/252 Attack/6 Defense spread (it does have good IVs, though).

Scrappy doesn't disregard all ghost resistances, it ONLY allows you to hit with Fighting, not bug/etc. Only way to beat Wonder Guard Spiritomb is Scrappy-Fighting or Foresight-fighting.
IIRC when Nintendo put up the blanketban on Legends they also put a ban on illegal movesets and illegal abilities, so once there's been time for people to push the hackers off the top, they'll be gone for good. (May have been a rumor)

@Adman: It's not that simple. For example, some max hits:
80BP attack coming from 200 attack on 100 def
136.4
80BP attack coming from 200 attack on 101 def
135

80BP attack coming from 200 attack on 200 def
69.2
80BP attack coming from 200 attack on 201 def
68.8

If you want to know how much of a difference it makes compared to putting it in HP vs Def, you have to run a large number of Calculations specific to your Pokémon. In Rhyperior's case, its def is really high, so each def point equals less than one HP point in most situations.

If you think it's too frail, take some from Attack for Defence, and BP it a SD or something.

Foggy weather lowers accuracy, but I'm not sure by how much. I don't think there is a way of causing fog in multiplayer

Fog reduces accuracy to 60% of what it normally is, for all pokemon on the field

And yes, Wonderguard Spiritomb is a hack

I think Fog only reduces accuracy to 80%, not 60%. May be wrong.

Also, one of the colloseums may randomly have fog. The mansion one. Forget name.

So I'll never have to worry about having someone running toxic or Scrappy Fighting attacks to take care of it, right?

And you can't possibly Skill Swap a non-forsighted Shedinja, correct?

In lieu of HP Ice on Yanmega, should I go with Hypnosis or the 70 BP HP Ground I got from the Yanma I bred? I'm planning on Protect, Air Slash, and Bug Buzz as the other three attacks.

Courtyard Colosseum?

Is the Fog only in the Survival Battle against the computer, or can it appear in WiFi matches too if you choose the Courtyard to battle in?

I've done all my random battles in Gateway/Neon, so I'm not sure.

Yes, and I believe so. I haven't done it myself, but I seem to remember seeing it on Youtube.

Can anyone tell me where I could find a listing of the OU/UU/NU tiers for D/P? I've tried to look for a definitive list for a little while but I have yet to find it; or is it possible that the metagame has not developed enough yet for there to be such a list? This is more for the purpose of me finding out which pokemon exactly are labeled as UU. Thanks for the help and I apologize if this is somewhere easy to find that I have overlooked.

Tiers haven't been established yet, which is why some people have sigs with "Use whatever you want in early D/P, etc, etc."

Where do you get HM Flash in Emerald? (just restarted my copy and cant remember:p)

It's in the Dewford Cave-place, the hiker right by the entrance gives it to you.
