What would be the best team for mono-grass? I'm thinking of using this:

Ludicolo
Tangrowth
Breloom
Cradily
Sceptile
Roserade

Does the damage calc always round up or down? Like if a Specsmence's Draco Meteor does 90.94% damage max to one EV spread, and 91.13% max to another, will they round down or up?

How could I run Thunder Wave, Ice Fang, and Earthquake on Gyarados but I do not know what I could run on the 4th Slot. Taunt or Dragon Dance? Or something entirely different?

Also, would Wish or Roost be better on a FlinchHax Togekiss?

how does scope lens work? does it add a base % or is it based on speed or something to that effect?

edit: also, do stats cap at 999, or can modifiers push them past that?

If you make a team that consists mainly of physical attackers and 0 special attackers, will you run into serious problems? off the top of my head, I can think of skarmory and weezing. Any other real problems?

I prefer Stone Edge over EQ and DD for the 4th slot. About Togekiss, I think both would do fine but Roost seems better so Togekiss loses the electric/ice weakness.

is shadow sneak an option over nightslash on a gallade?

I wouldn't use Shadow Sneak, even though it lets you strike first.

You'll run the risk of getting burned, as well. Dusknoir can be problematic as well, since he has World of Warcraft (although I don't play WoW, I always think World of Warcraft when I see the abbreviation). Gliscor gives you problems, too.

Ok thanks. Weavile will handle Glisor, Heracross, Machamp, and Ursaring love getting burned more than anything, and Skarmory can be dealt with through Heracross. Otherwise, Weezing poses problems.

a quick short list on some wish passers please? preferably no ubers/legendaries/base 600's =D
Umby seems like a good one because its cute xD.

Togekiss, vaporeon, and umbreon seem to be the best wish passers, but gardevoir, glaceon, and clefable aren't bad either. If you included legends, latias and jirachi are good.

Is it possible to get HP [Ground] 70 with max speed?

The sticky in the RSE thread doesn't list a max speed HP [Ground] 70 IV spread, but Peterko's thread makes me think otherwise.

@Celestial: It's not possible.

@adman2: Pokerus spreads after a battle, not by walking.

@plust: There are actually three odd-even sets of IV possibilities to get HP Ground with max speed, in order of HP\Attack\Defense\SpAttk\SpDef\Speed:

odd\even\odd\even\even\odd
even\odd\odd\even\even\odd
odd\odd\odd\even\even\odd

EDIT: Actually, THERE is one set listed for HP Ground 70 with max speed, you're just reading them wrong because they're not listed Speed last. And the list doesn't show all the possibilities for 70-power HPs of that type, just the best ones. If you want a complete list, get my Excel stat chart from the DP resource thread.
