If I max out EV's on one of my Pokemon, they can battle any Pokemon regardless of the type of EV's they give and won't get EV's at all right?

1) Does Mean Look stay in play if you U-Turn out? It doesn't seem like it should, but i just heard that it does.

2) How many EVs does each EV-lowering berry remove? I royally screwed up an awesome Heatran I caught and would like to hit the reset button so to speak.

Baton pass only passes on stat boosts, status effects dont get passed on.

Mainly to protect against seismic toss. Gives more survivability against pokemon who rely on moves like seismic toss and night shade to deal damage. Like blissey.

Black Sludge is essentially a Leftovers for Poison types. People use it to get around Item Clause (or they may not have many Leftovers to begin with).
