How does Pokerus + Power Items work if the Pokemon you're facing doesn't give teh same EV as the Power Item?

For example:
Gible vs Gastly (1 spatk)
Gible holds Power Belt. (+4 HP)
Gible has Pokerus.
So if Gible beats Gastly, Gible gains.. 2 spatk and 8 hp?

The easiest place to find a wailmer is the town with the 7th gym, go to the water and fish with super rod. OR you can use the water to fish right near victory road (outside near the Pokemon Center) (Super Rod)

Yeah, Yoko, you get Wailmer from diving; I'm pretty sure. Did Marriland or Serebii not have anything on it? I'm sure it's on a GameFAQS guide somewhere.

If you have, Sweet Scent will make you find wild Pokémon faster while diving.
 
is it possible to erase the evs that you already gave to a pokemon? and is there a guide to the whole pokerus+power item?
 
I'm pretty sure this was answered already but on Diamond if you lose to Dialga do you have another chance at catching it, and is it still SRable?
 
I don't think you can, once you beat Dialga, it's gone.

Trick Room is a priority move:

+5 Helping Hand
+4 Snatch, Magic Coat
+3 Follow Me
+2.5 Focus Punch (charge)
+2 Protect, Detect, Endure, Feint
+1 all "Quick Attack" moves, Extremespeed, Fake Out, Bide, Sucker Punch
*0 Sleep Talk, Assurance, Me First, Payback, Everything else
-1 Vital Throw
-2 Focus Punch
-3 Revenge, Avalanche
-4 Counter, Mirror Coat
-5 Roar, Whirlwind
-6 Trick Room

Yes, you can erase EVs with berries once they have been maxed.

And Yoko, it took me an hour or so of searching to find Reli... which is why I'm glad I can trade him from Emerald to Ruby when I get ready to SR for the Regis...
 
use the EV decreasing berries.

EDIT: Beaten by two x_x
And I did that with Azelf once just to see what happens, and Azelf disapeared, so I think the same applies for Dialga.

I've been at this for more than an hour....I barely find any Pokemon period. And when I do happen to run into a Pokemon, its either a Chinchou (kind of rare) or Clamperl (95%).
