If the parents of a pokemon are hacked, will the offspring also be considered hacked?
Whats the difference between a "legit" pokemon and a "hacked" pokemon? For instance can a hacked pokemon with moves and stats it can have in game be called legitimate? Are there exceptions to these?

I would think not that bad at all, considering no-one would status the abra line in fear of synchronize, If you get a good hidden power on an inner focus abra, I'd just use that (you may flip out all those Ambipoms out there).
Can anyone tell me a good place to train for Atk EVs?
Well.. just look for a place that has a lot of bibarels. They give you 2 attack EV's. (NOTE: Bidoof gives you HP EV's)

The best advice I got for you is to look for a trainer that looks like a goth girl, who will join you for doubles battles. She'll stay with you till you pop out the other side to the grassy field where shaymin, if you have the ite, can be found, if not, you find a rock...so sorry.

Yes, but if they switch the Blissey out and back in, leech seed is no longer in effect.
I would personally stay in if you leeched on the switch. Leech Seed heals a lot when you do it on a Blissey :D

Life Orb on mixed Infernape; it lets it OHKO Blissey more easily and generally gives it a bit more punch. I would go with the latter of your EV spreads.
A timid abra with HP ground may be usefull. It really depends on the other IVs
i hardly think it hardly matters nothing's going to try and status a zam they'll just try to straight up kill it
