Yoko, after you get 3 symbols, you can bet BP and gain up to 3x the amount you bet.

Depends.

Some places give 2 or 3 on the first round.

Usually, the amount you earn goes up on a winning streak. Eventually, if you get a high enough streak, you'll face that area's leader and get 10+ points

Well, just because its time-saving doesn't mean its right. Hack for yourself, but those hacks can't be used in battles, and most definitely can't be traded to other people for their legit Pokemon.

it depends if the saved data is on the DS or the game:
-if its on the game then you cant do it
-if its on the ds i assume its safe

I was not asking about hacking pokemon to use. I was asking about hacking wild pokemon to EV train faster.

Woah, I just did some checking, and aqua jet is from Marill, where Sing is from Azurill. And either way, there isn't a parent that learns both. Smeargle doesn't work because it is ground and Azumarill is fairy and water 1.

Good luck, by the way. I tried for a week, and only got good IVs for a Rayquaza (Naives with 31 Speed and such...), but, when I went to Sky Pillar, the IVs were all defensive (like, Sassy with 20+ HP and defenses).

God, I still hate Emerald.

EDIT: About Latios, I believe any two routes that are together, like Route 119 and... that little route just below it (that's a different route, right...?). But you can try walking in Mauville too, it's the only city in the middle of four routes.

Hack. Just use the Power Items. You can ask for one in the Item Thread.

I think I should really start a Pokérus Egg giveaway... Or maybe not.

And yeah, Yoko, Latios is a bitch. But that's the best method I know to get in the same route he is.
