I have a couple of questions.

One is about Heatproof. The Smogon ability analysis thing (above Bronzong's analysis) says that Heatproof reduces damage from fire moves by 50%. So, can I assume that a Heatproof Bronzong is neutral to Flamethrower?

The other is a bit about Mold Breaker... does Mold breaker have to "activate", or is it a condition? For example, my Rampardos leads off against an enemy Abomasnow that has a Choice Scarf. Does Snow Warning, "activate" befoer Mold Breaker? Also, if Rampardos leaves the battle, will, say, Ninjask's speed boost continue to work?
 
Yes, Heatproof Bronzong is neutral to fire moves and receives 50% less from burn damage.

And Mold Breaker just cancels the abilities that changes/avoids the damage/effects from attacks. Like Motor Drive, Heatproof, Levitate and Clear Body.
Abilities like Sandstream, Speed Boost, Pure Power aren't canceled.
 
Thanks for the answer. It's too bad, though. :P CS Rampardos would've made a nice counter to Hail teams, surprising Abomas, and negating Hail altogether...
 
They usually have Ice Fang in place of Roar.

And Portuguez, IMO the best places to train are the restaurant (Just for the starting levels) then the beach before Sunnyshore or StarkMoutain or one of the routes after 225.

And you get LuckyEgg after beating Pokémon XD (The easiest way) or getting luck at finding a wild Chansey with it.

I'm using a vaporeon for my team with Hp Electric 70.

I'm currently using the Moveset: Ice Beam, Hidden Power, Wish, Protect.

I'm using protect often with wish, and its saved me from dying a lot so far. But sometimes, its better to have surf instead.

Should I leave protect as it or change to surf?
 
How much (if any) speed should be pumped into EV's for a Skarmory? At base 70 it's not winning any races, but is there a magic number it should shoot for to outspeed certain threats, or is it better just to concentrate on defences and some attack?

No clue on regirock
 
Does the 1.5x SpDef boost Tyranitar gets due to it's Sandstorm applie to Porygon-Z's Download ability? Stat-wise, Tyranitar's Def is higher than it's SpDef, meaning that Porygon-Z would get a SpAtk boost, but will that change since Tyranitar gets an auto 1.5x boost to his SpDef, meaning that it's now higher than it's defense?
