Volarion: I just go to pokemonelite2000, use their sprite resources and copy and paste teh wanted picture onto the RMT thread.

Question: What is the EV spread of Obi's hippowdon?

Four questions:

1. This will sound really bad, but what are the IVs for Hidden Power Ground 70?

2. How much does Helping Hand boost your partner's attack that turn?

3. How do you calculate on Metalkid's Damage calculator damage for moves that have their power cut in doubles (such as Rock Slide, Blizzard, etc.)?

4. What is the best place to get hacked pokemon, especially if you don't really have anything good in return? GFAQs hasn't been much help so far.

1- Metalkid has a Hidden Power calculator where it shows the combination of IVs for Hidden Power. Pick your favorite... Not giving the link since I see you already knows about MetalKid

2- 1.5

3- Write "Override" in the attack and use the boxes below the attack. (Type, power and phys/special

When are an eggs IVs set? When the egg is made, or when I pick it up? I thought that natures, abilities, and sex were set when it was made, and IVs are generated when I pick it up. Is this true? Could I save in front of the old man, pick up the egg, hatch it, and if it's the right nature/ability, soft reset for it's IVs?

If you use stockpile to build up your defenses and then someone uses haze (in my example its a Cradily im refering to, so nothing like Roar, etc, just Haze) does it still remove all the effects, considering that it builds up... whatever it builds up in order to use an attack or healing move? Im not making myself too clear here but... yeah, does Haze remove the defensive effects of Stockpile?
Anyone? It may seem an obscure question but id still like an answer if thats ok...

Yoko-I think you breed Pursuit onto a male Aerodactyl and teach it Double-Edge in Advance, then Pal-Park it over. There are most likely other ways, but that's the first one I could find.

Edit: You teach it Double-Edge by move tutor, btw. That's why you need to do it in Advance.

Yoko-According to Serebii, the only Pokemon that can breed Double-Edge onto Starly without Advance tutors is Togetic. As you can't get Pursuit on Togetic (I think), you'll have to use an Advance move tutor to get Double-Edge and Pursuit onto Starly.

Are you planning on using both Double-Edge and Brave Bird?

Question: How do you breed Pursuit and Ice Punch onto Sneasel without using Smeargle? Just curious.

No, give them to me, not Fland.

Seriously, though...Back in some other places, people would make threads signifying that they reached some benchmark, such as 1k, 10k...Maybe you could do that on some board like The Face of Smogon...or Firebot (lol).

Sorry if the wording is confusing...

I'm going to answer that anyways, even if it's directed at FDS.

Aerodactyl is not the only Pokemon that can get those two moves on Starly. Pokemon in the Flying Egg Group that learn Pursuit by level up/breeding and Double-Edge by move tutor apply. Spearow/Fearow and Murkrow/Honchkrow are good choices due to the fact that they learn Pursuit by level up, making it unnecessary to breed for it. However, these Pokemon can only learn Double-Edge by FireRed/LeafGreen move tutor.

As of the info I have right now, you cannot get Double-Edge and Pursuit on Starly without Advance move tutors.

Edit: Gah, forgot to list Doduo/Dodrio. Thanks for bringing that up, akayfortyseven.
