is there a cap to ATT stat? like it can nvr cross 1000? and in the same sense, SP ATT? meaning BellyDrumming caps out a pokemons ATT at 1000 even though it can go to something like 300x4=1200ATT?

And does the damage and speed reduction from burn and paralysis get BPed?

There's no cap to any stat. I should mention that in GSC, the stats were capped at 1023 max (leading to Swords Dance Thick Club Marowak anomalies). The games from RS onwards fixed this problem.

No they don't get BPed.

A question of my own: are there any other Pokemon besides Smeargle that can learn both Ingrain and Baton Pass?

What iv calcs are there that can be downloaded?
ANd are there any that i may be able to use on a mobile phone?

I ask due to the lack of access while i work, and want to be able to check on the move.

Well aside from the obvious Boah Tyranitar mention, consider Mixed Swampert. It's really catches a lot of things by surprise

I want to soft reset for a decent Azelf on my japanese Pearl, but I have no way of checking the nature because I can't read japanese (IVs are fine).

Can someone link me to a site that will tell me what they are? Maybe some sort of japanese pokedex?

I know it's slightly unreasonable, and not many people will know of one, but if anyone does, I would appreciate it.

Is Volt Tackle useful at all in competitive play anymore? It seems like Game Freak basically killed it.
How did they kill it? They seemed to have improved it by making it come off Pikachu's higher Attack score and making Light Ball boost Attack as well as Special Attack. In any case, if you want a kamikaze Pikachu, it's a fun move to use; note that Pikachu can't do much with its pathetic HP, though.

Oh, I had no idea about that. That means Pikachu can have an Attack stat of 458 now. Still, I'm a bit disappointed that none of the new Pokemon can learn it (Luxray, for instance).

Well, you have to consider that Pikachu is essentially Pokemon's mascot, and its family needs an exclusive move that absolutely nothing else should learn.

What's the easiest/cheapest/fastest way to gain happiness? I'm breeding Cleffas and I want to use one as a parent. >_>
When I was breeding Igglybuff, I usually just gave each one a bunch of happiness-raising Berries, and then fought a battle with the EXP Share.

What's the easiest/best way to breed nasty plot onto a togepi for a togekiss?

I'd figure it out myself but I'm off to watch a bball game, thx in advance
