What is the Ribbon Syndicate, anyway? I've got a 26-ribbon Flygon waiting to get me into it, whatever it is.

Naw, Octillery is one of my favorite pokemon. Thanks for the help though. Is it common/uncommon/rare?
gyarados is only with super rod (After E4), so don't worry about that. magikarp are in pretty high levels if i recall with a good rod. level it a couple times and you got one.
Ok a few questions...
What is the best Synchronizer for the first legendary since you can't trade from old games? I am particularly not looking forward to breeding for the proper nature on the synchronizer, especially since I haven't found an everstone yet.
Are there any pokemon with the Magma Body or w/e that can reduce the number of steps lke Slugma or Magby did in my Emerald, before getting the National Dex, or am I stuck breeding 5,120 step Abra and hoping it's the right ability/nature...?

Where are the best places for EV training in D/P for all six stats?
posting as many questions as i can, so i dont have to post a bunch of times.
does the exp. share work the same way in D/P as in the advanced games?
exactly how does the clefairy thingy at the casino work?
do the air vents signify anything?
i went to the old chateau (sp?) at night...hows come rotom isnt in the tv?
if you plant a berry in a rainy route, will it grow faster?
say i transfer a pokemon from leafgreen and it knows an hm that isnt an hm in DP. will it still be treated as an hm? or will it be converted into a normal move?
is there a certain tree that i need to spread honey on to get munchlax?
i found a tinymushroom. in the old games, all you could do was sell it, but its DP desc. makes me think that you can do something else with it now. its desc is: " a small and rare mushroom. it is quite popular among certain maniacal fan segments".
which pokemon uses the odd incense?
can you catch drifblim more than once, and will it always be on level 22? (well, thats the level i got it at).
