Future Sight lets Galarian Slowbro assist teammates like Zarude by preventing checks such as Buzzwole from freely switching in. Ice Beam can be used in its place to hit Salamence and Kommo-o a bit harder, especially on teams that don't benefit from the Future Sight support as much. Psyshock lets Galarian Slowbro immediately threaten Pokemon like Keldeo, Nihilego, and Amoonguss without having to rely on Future Sight. Shell Side Arm is mostly used to pressure Calm Mind Primarina. Sludge Bomb is an alternative to fish for poison more reliably on foes like Salamence when not running Ice Beam, but it's not as reliable overall due to being worse against Calm Mind users. Flamethrower targets Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi. It also hits Buzzwole harder than Psyshock without depending on Future Sight. Assault Vest lets Galarian Slowbro face special attackers like Keldeo, Primarina, and Salamence with ease. A Quiet nature is used to secure an OHKO with Ice Beam on Salamence and to not lower Galarian Slowbro's damage output when using physical Shell Side Arm while still boosting its Special Attack. 16 Special Attack EVs make Galarian Slowbro less passive overall.

Mienshao, Buzzwole, and Lycanroc-D love Galarian Slowbro's Future Sight support letting them break through checks like Buzzwole and Amoonguss a lot more easily. They also appreciate Galarian Slowbro's ability to pressure checks like Salamence and Tapu Bulu with its coverage. In return, they threaten Dark-types like Zarude and Krookodile with their Fighting-type attacks. Amoonguss, Buzzwole, and Tapu Bulu make for great partners, as they take on physical attackers like Lycanroc-D and Crawdaunt, act as Knock Off absorbers, and check Dark- and Ground-types like Zarude and Rhyperior. Amoonguss notably forms a Regenerator core with Galarian Slowbro and acts as a great secondary check to Keldeo and Primarina. Secondary checks to special attackers such as Nidoking, Aegislash, and Nihilego are needed, as Galarian Slowbro is 2HKOed by STAB moves from the former two and hates losing its Assault Vest to the latter's Knock Off. Rotom-W, Zarude, and Cobalion are Pokemon that can pivot into their STAB attacks and keep offensive presence. Entry hazard removal from partners like Salamence and Starmie is appreciated to facilitate Galarian Slowbro's ability to check special attackers like Salamence.

  • Future Sight lets Galarian Slowbro pressure walls like Buzzwole and is generally a very strong hit on Pokémon like Salamence and Moltres, pressuring them even when facing Pokemon they wall, such as Zarude. Ice Beam can be used in its place to OHKO Salamence and hit Kommo-o a bit harder, especially on teams that don't benefit from the Future Sight support as much.
  • Psyshock lets Galarian Slowbro immediately threaten Poison-types like Nidoking, Nihilego, and Amoonguss without having to rely on Future Sight. also helps immediately threaten keldeo, maybe change from Poison-types to just Pokemon
  • Shell Side Arm is mostly used to pressure Calm Mind Primarina, and the 20% poison chance is still useful too. Sludge Bomb is an alternative to fish for poison more reliably, but it's not as reliable due to not being efficient against Calm Mind users.
  • Flamethrower targets Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi. It also hits Buzzwole harder than Psyshock without depending on Future Sight.
  • Assault Vest lets Galarian Slowbro face special attackers like Keldeo, Primarina, Thundurus, and Salamence with ease. (most thundurus are pivot with knock off so id cut it and keep these 3 examples)
  • A Quiet nature is used to not lower Galarian Slowbro's damage output when using physical Shell Side Arm while still giving it a boost to its special attack.

  • Mienshao, Buzzwole, and Lycanroc-D love Galarian Slowbro's Future Sight support, letting them break through checks like Buzzwole and Amoonguss a lot more easily. They also appreciate Galarian Slowbro's ability of pressuring checks like Salamence and Tangrowth with its coverage. (thats cool, but what do they do for glowbro lmao. Make sure to specify this here)
  • Amoonguss, Buzzwole, and Tapu Bulu make for great partners, as they take on physical attackers like Lycanroc-D and Crawdaunt, act as Knock Off absorbers, and check Dark- and Ground-types like Zarude, Krookodile, and Rhyperior. Amoonguss notably forms a Regenerator core with Galarian Slowbro.
  • Secondary checks to special attackers such as Nidoking, Aegislash, and Galarian Moltres are needed, as Galarian Slowbro is 2HKOed by their STAB moves. Chansey and Umbreon make for good partners, providing other forms of support through Stealth Rock and Wish, respectively. (this part feels weird to me because I'm not running chansey or umbreon on the same team as AV glowbro for the most part. Find some new checks to these Pokemon, like pokemon that can answer them offensively for example)
  • Entry hazard removal from the likes of Salamence and Starmie is appreciated to facilitate Galarian Slowbro's ability to check special attackers like Salamence.

  • Future Sight lets Galarian Slowbro pressure walls like Buzzwole and is generally a very strong hit on Pokémon like Salamence and Moltres, pressuring them even when facing Pokemon they wall, such as Zarude. I think this could be worded a bit better. I would just make the whole purpose of this description talking about how it supports its teammates to break through their conventional checks. 'Future Sight assists Galarian Slowbro's teammates such as Zarude, preventing common responses to it like Buzzwole and Salamence safely switching in.' Something like this because the move is barely used for Glowbro's own benefit. Ice Beam can be used in its place to OHKO Salamence and hit Kommo-o a bit harder, especially on teams that don't benefit from the Future Sight support as much.
  • Psyshock lets Galarian Slowbro immediately threaten Pokémon like Keldeo, Nihilego, and Amoonguss without having to rely on Future Sight.

Zarude and Rotom-W are Pokémon that can pivot into their STAB attacks and keep offensive presence, serving as good allies. Neither of these two examples are really Gmolt checks so add Cobalion to this list. Cobalion can also function as a Nihilego check as they commonly carry Knock Off and can remove Galarian Slowbro's Assault Vest.
  • Entry hazard removal from the likes of Salamence and Starmie is appreciated to facilitate Galarian Slowbro's ability to check special attackers like Salamence.

Future Sight lets Galarian Slowbro assist teammates like Zarude, preventing checks such as Buzzwole from freely switching in. Ice Beam can be used in its place to OHKO Salamence and hit Kommo-o a bit harder, especially on teams that don't benefit from the Future Sight support as much. Throw a mention of running Slack Off in its place too as a potential option on teams that are reliant on AV Glowbro to check Nihilego; since it's fairly likely to end up taking a Knock Off in this eventuality, its nice in these situations so its nots forced to only rely on regen anymore when its bulk is dropped, and can be used to check stuff like LO shao more practically too with the extra recovery and lack of knock dmg. Psyshock lets Galarian Slowbro immediately threaten Pokémon like Keldeo, Nihilego, and Amoonguss without having to rely on Future Sight. Shell Side Arm is mostly used to pressure Calm Mind Primarina. Sludge Bomb is an alternative to fish for poison more reliably, might be worth giving a mention to things that you enjoy being able to do this vs, like mence if not rnning ice beam. but it's not as reliable overall due to not being efficient against Calm Mind users. Flamethrower targets Steel-types like Aegislash and Jirachi. It also hits Buzzwole harder than Psyshock without depending on Future Sight. Assault Vest lets Galarian Slowbro face special attackers like Keldeo, Primarina, and Salamence with ease, and a Quiet nature is used to not lower Galarian Slowbro's damage output when using physical Shell Side Arm while still boosting its Special Attack. is there any benchmarks you can give that the 16+ spa does? i'm pretty sure the rules are that we are meant to do 0 quiet otherwise as jump points aren't justifiable benchmarks anymore. (this came up originally for us in like dlc0 rhyp or somethng i think lol). Worth explaining why you want Quiet over a +SpD nature anyway imo with some sort off target/rolls.

Mienshao, Buzzwole, and Lycanroc-D love Galarian Slowbro's Future Sight support, letting them break through checks like Buzzwole and Amoonguss a lot more easily. They also appreciate Galarian Slowbro's ability of pressuring checks like Salamence and Tangrowth with its coverage. im not so sure on the tang bit since you don't really want to switch into a knock or even a potential sleep powder from the phys def ones that check these even better. In return, they threaten Dark-types like Zarude and Krookodile with their Fighting-type attacks. Amoonguss, Buzzwole, and Tapu Bulu make for great partners, as they take on physical attackers like Lycanroc-D and Crawdaunt, act as Knock Off absorbers, and check Dark- and Ground-types like Zarude and Rhyperior. something about them being able to act as additional keld and prim checks would be a nice addition, since whiile glowbro is great at scouting them with regen + av it needs a strong water resist paired with it. Amoonguss notably forms a Regenerator core with Galarian Slowbro. Secondary checks to special attackers such as Nidoking, Aegislash, and Nihilego are needed, as Galarian Slowbro is 2HKOed by the two former's STAB moves and hates losing its Assault Vest to the latter's Knock Off. Rotom-W, Zarude, and Cobalion are Pokémon that can pivot into their STAB attacks and keep offensive presence, serving as good allies.
