Umbreon might actually be good here with its 95/110/110/130/130/65 stats. Curse is actually kind of scary, although its best physical STAB is Sucker Punch and it gets no coverage. Specially though it has a powerful 130 SpA, but not much coverage again. Still, might be cool. Gallade has neat stats too - 68/125/125/115/115/80 is pretty decent imo, although the HP still sucks.

Exploud has some bulk now! :D So do many mixed attackers like Greninja and Landorus.

I think Honchcrow's got this. 100/125/105 is nothing to scoff at, and is better than 110/105/95. Honch also has access to 2 great abilities - Moxie is super scary while Insomnia pretty much does what Overcoat's main function is. However, Mandibuzz does have one thing over Honchcrow - access to Knock Off. Sadly, Honch doesn't get Koff. Honch's best Dark STAB outside of Sucker Punch is Night Slash, which is kind of bad.

While not that bulky, even after Eviolite, it does have access to Prankster as an ability. It also can (in theory) take hits with said Eviolite. 91 speed is also nice.

65/115/115/100/100/60 + Eviolite + Regenerator = unbreakable. It can even learn some neat utility moves like Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, and Knock Off. Here are some calcs to showcase its awesome bulk:

These absurdly high Attacks/Special Attacks do not even matter with the amount of bulk overflowing around every corner.

Landorus-Therian. Really? Don't even bother with a physically defensive investment. I'm assuming Kyurem-Black will stick around for a while, but even if it goes, regular Kyurem has 125/130/130 defenses, Pressure, and Roost.

One day, someone was like, lets wall the fuck outta stuff, and magneton was just like, oh ok im in. Seriously, this thing is bulky as hell, the only downside of it is its got no reliable recovery and 50 hp is meh, but he can still input impressive damage. The only thing ohkoing this thing is eq tbh, and even then it has sturdy. You can choose between 3 good abilities, sturdy,analytic and magnet pull. Magnet pull can deal with mega aggron but its usually running eq or fire punch, skarmory gets rekt no matter what, but thats pretty much everything i can remember atm so i dont really know. Analytic makes it so that if you take the hit, you can return outstanding damage. Sturdy is to tank eqs and deal with shuckle.

Edit: Pair it with tangela,a wish passer and a pokemon that resists fire type atacks and you're set.

Seriously though, Cresselia has a nice balance of power and bulk all around, and Calm Mind only makes things better; if you're cheeky and want to use her new Attack stat, you can use Zen Headbutt to catch special walls off-guard.

Exceeding base 100 in all stats but hp, Infernape can be a real beast in this meta; especially with choice scarf.

Better in all stats except speed than infernape, Mega Blastoise can destroy many Pokemon, and tank many hits

Actually I have also thought that unbanning several ubers, like Giratina, Aegislash etc. should not be a problem, but at the end of the day, this meta is not coded on any server yet, so I think the banning and unbanning discussions should wait until after it gets coded.

One day, someone was like, lets wall the fuck outta stuff, and magneton was just like, oh ok im in. Seriously, this thing is bulky as hell, the only downside of it is its got no reliable recovery and 50 hp is meh, but he can still input impressive damage. The only thing ohkoing this thing is eq tbh, and even then it has sturdy. You can choose between 3 good abilities, sturdy,analytic and magnet pull. Magnet pull can deal with mega aggron but its usually running eq or fire punch, skarmory gets rekt no matter what, but thats pretty much everything i can remember atm so i dont really know. Analytic makes it so that if you take the hit, you can return outstanding damage. Sturdy is to tank eqs and deal with shuckle.

Edit: Pair it with tangela,a wish passer and a pokemon that resists fire type atacks and you're set.

It seems that you don't understand how stats work. The multipliers are applied after the stat itself is calculated, meaning that:

Uninvested Mega TTar in Sand has an effective Base 189 Special Defense. Fully invested it has an effective Base 204, but lol who runs it fully invested.

Medicham has an effective Base 199 Attack (Azumarill is still better tho).

Eviolite Magneton with 252 HP/252 SpA/4 Spe has effectively 151/189 defenses. Its HP sucks but it can take a couple hits and nuke stuff with Analytic. I'd actually prefer Magnezone tbh, 70/115/130 isn't that far off 50/151/189 and it can hold an item.

A few cool things I've found
Yanmega is actually really bulky for a bug type with 86/86/116 defenses. Maybe a bulky set with speed boost?
Omastar is the king of shell smash now with 70/125/125/115/115/55 stats. Jut give it a white herb. Can even go physical now and have a powerful rock STAB that misses half the time instead of a weak one that can boost your stats
Cradily is nice under TR, with stats of 86/97/97/107/107/43
Shedinja gains literally nothing except some physical bulk if baton passed a sub, I guess.

Still though, fact that Tangrowth can be even better wall is something I like. That sexy HP and great attacking stats for a wall. 100/125/110 bulk is pretty damn amazing then factor in that it already was a great AV user, meaning it can go Max physical Def and just slap an AV on there.....

Really that's just frigging scary.

tbh i personally would like to (maybe with a separate meta) unban ubers altogether. it would be cool to see shuckle taking on various ubers
and i'm planning on making an NFE team with like chansey/murkrow/tangela and some other stuff
