On the Psywave thing, it does 0.5-1.5 times the target's level. Add in the accuracy and it's not a reliable move.

Haha, I didn't notice either. I swore I saw it or at least I assumed it had FB if it could learn Flamethrower, I'll replace that with Earthquake.
