Avalugg is a physical wall that can brush off any unboosted neutral physical attack from wallbreakers like Choice Band Froslass and Silk Scarf Kangaskhan, as well as offensive Stealth Rock setters like Piloswine and Sandaconda, by virtue of its gargantuan Defense and respectable HP stats. Furthermore, its access to Recover gives it increased longevity. However, Avalugg remains a niche pick for a physical wall and spinner on stall and bulkier builds due to major drawbacks in its terrible defensive typing and painfully low Special Defense, which make it an easy target for special attackers like Toxicroak, Basculin, Weezing, and Rotom. It faces great competition from more consistent physical walls like Cofagrigus, Eldegoss, and Weezing. STAB Avalanche is a consistent attacking option that can 2HKO opposing Decidueye, Gourgeist-S, Ninjask, and Golurk, while Body Press makes use of Avalugg's great Defense stat, preventing Abomasnow and Magneton from switching in freely, and threatening Stealth Rock setters like Piloswine, Galarian Stunfisk, and Miltank. Toxic is a desirable choice over one of the aforementioned attacking moves to cripple bulky foes such as Cofagrigus, which can otherwise spinblock and wall Avalugg.

Avalugg is primarily a tool for stall teams through its role as a physical wall and entry hazard remover compressed into one teamslot. Avalugg appreciates team support from specially bulky Pokemon that complement its typing such as Lanturn and Garbodor, since it can easily be KOed with neutral special attacks from Choice Specs Basculin or Life Orb Alcremie otherwise. Sap Sipper Miltank makes an excellent teammate to check Choice Specs Decidueye, which can OHKO Avalugg with Leaf Storm; however, since Miltank and Avalugg share a weakness to Fighting, use Silvally-Poison, Garbodor, or Cofagrigus to help check Toxicroak and Choice Band Sawk. Quagsire, Miltank, Lanturn, and Ditto appreciate Avalugg's ability to remove entry hazards, which otherwise threaten their longevity on stall teams.

Avalugg is a physical wall that can brush off any un-boosted neutral physical attack thrown at it in the NU tier by virtue of its gargantuan defense and respectable HP stats. Its physical bulk is so substantial that even common super-effective moves such as Multi-Attack from Silvally-Fire, or Flare Blitz from Rapidash fail to 2HKO without a Swords Dance boost. Avalugg can wall wallbreakers like Choice Band Froslass, Choice Scarf Sawk, and Silk Scarf Kangaskhan in addition to Swords Dance Silvally formes, and its great bulk also gives it a good matchup against offensive Stealth Rock setters like Piloswine and Sandaconda. Despite these boasts and access to reliable healing with Recover, Avalugg remains a niche pick for a physical wall and spinner on stall and bulkier builds due to major drawbacks in its terrible defensive typing and painfully low special defense. (Give examples of common special wallbreakers that can easily bypass Avalugg.) Full investment in HP and Defense allow Avalugg to wall most physical threats and provide more opportunities to come in to Rapid Spin against physical attackers, while also preventing some otherwise guaranteed 2HKO's such as from Scarf Sawk's Close Combat or Band Flapple's Outrage. Additionally, Avalugg has poor type synergy with common special walls like Clefairy, Galarian Stunfisk, and Ferroseed, and it faces great competition from more consistent physical walls like Cofagrigus, Eldegoss, and Weezing. STAB Avalanche is a consistent attacking option (give some examples here of Pokemon you want to have Avalanche for), and Body Press makes use of Avalugg's great Defense stat, dealing with Kangaskhan and threatening Stealth Rock setters like Piloswine, Galarian Stunfisk, and Miltank. Toxic is a desirable choice over one of the aforementioned attacking moves to cripple bulky foes such as Cofagrigus, which can spinblock and otherwise wall Avalugg. (Give a sentence about why Heavy-Duty Boots is such a great item, probably focusing on certain damage rolls it can help prevent.)

Avalugg can be used to wall non-boosting physical attackers like Banded Basculin, Banded Froslass or Silk-Scarf Kangaskhan, and can use its bulk to easily Rapid Spin against physically offensive Stealth-Rock setters like Piloswine and Sandaconda. Avalanche helps as a STAB attacking option, while Body Press is a useful move that utilizes this spread's defense optimization, giving a chance to OHKO Perrserker and Kangaskhan while doing substantially more damage than Avalanche to enemies such as Piloswine, Stunfisk-G and Miltank. Toxic is a desirable choice over one of the aforementioned moves to help cripple bulky foes such as Cofagrigus who can spinblock and otherwise wall Avalugg. (I think you should emphasize Avalugg belonging mostly on stall here; you do mention it in the first paragraph, but I think it'd be wise to reinforce that here.) Avalugg appreciates team support from specially-bulky Pokémon (Add Sap Sipper Miltank as an option here; walling Decidueye is super clutch.) that complement its typing such as Lanturn or Garbodor, since it can easily be KO'd with neutral special attacks. An unaware wall such as Quagsire would also help Avalugg beat setup wallbreakers like Rapidash or Cofagrigus that attempt to set up against it. (There should probably be a sentence about common stall Pokemon that appreciate Rapid Spin support.) Unfortunately Avalugg shares weaknesses with many of NU's specially-defensive choices like Clefairy, Stunfisk-G and Ferroseed who would otherwise enjoy its physically defensive presence on a semi-stall or stall team. Adding this drawback to Avalugg's other shortcomings makes its use difficult to justify over other physically defensive options in the tier.

So, the main issue here is an overflow of information. Right now, the analysis basically has an overview paragraph in addition to the normal preview analysis, which isn't ideal. My check aims to cut down on the superfluous information. Ping me when this is implemented. There's a lot of color here, but it's mostly a matter of reorganizing information and removing some redundancies.

Implemented. For the last sentence, Staple stall choices are relatively limited to a small pool of mons and a lot of them don't care about hazards like hattrem, ferro and clefairy so its a bit of a struggle to make that sentence more informative without sounding repetitive. Appreciate the help with this one.

Toxic is a desirable choice over one of the aforementioned attacking moves to cripple bulky foes such as Cofagrigus, which can spinblock and otherwise wall Avalugg. Heavy-Duty Boots is the optimal item for Avalugg, providing multiple opportunities to remove hazards and avoid extra damage when coming in to wall physical threats, while allowing Avalugg to dodge some would-be OHKOs after rocks damage from Specs Rotom's Thunderbolt, Lead Accelgor's Focus Blast or +2 SD Rapidash's Flare Blitz. (The more I think about it, the more I think Heavy-Duty Boots is an obvious enough item to where it doesn't need a mention oops)

It faces great competition from more consistent physical walls like Cofagrigus, Eldegoss, and Weezing. STAB Avalanche is a consistent attacking option that can 2HKO opposing Decidueye, Gourgeist-S, Ninjask and Golurk, while Body Press makes use of Avalugg's great Defense stat, dealing with Kangaskhan preventing switch-ins from Abomasnow and Magneton and threatening Stealth Rock setters like Piloswine, Galarian Stunfisk, and Miltank (Avalugg deals with Kanga from any of these last 3 moves, as it just outstalls it. Instead, it's better to compare Magneton with another special wallbreaker like Abomasnow, giving merit to choosing Body Press as it scares these vulnerable special attackers from switching in; "dealing with them" wouldn't work as Avalugg still loses to them in most other situations). Toxic is a desirable choice over one of the aforementioned attacking moves to cripple bulky foes such as Cofagrigus, which can spinblock and otherwise wall Avalugg.

Avalugg appreciates team support from specially-bulky Pokémon that complement its typing such as Lanturn or Garbodor, since it can easily be KO'd with neutral special attacks from Choice Specs Basculin or Life Orb Alcremie otherwise (just added examples to show what Avalugg checks these teammates help with specifically). Sap sipper Miltank makes an excellent teammate to check Specs Decidueye, who can OHKO Avalugg with Leaf Storm. An unaware wall such as Quagsire would also help Avalugg beat setup wallbreakers like Rapidash or Cofagrigus that attempt to set up against it (This isn't the worst point, but given you sum up Quagsire as a stall staple in the next sentence, a part of me would rather see something here specifically for Avalugg's Fighting weakness. Could transition it with "However, as Miltank and Avalugg stack a Fighting weakness, use Silvally-Poison and Cofagrigus to help check Toxicroak and Choice Band Sawk... Something of the sort, but up to you!) . Quagsire, Miltank, Lanturn and Ditto appreciate Avalugg's ability to remove hazards which otherwise threaten their longevity on Stall teams.
