Here is my initial team for play testing to prepare for the Smogon First Official VGC Doubles Tourney. Well, here it goes and any and all feedback is always welcome.
Haxorus - Mold Breaker @ Draco Plate
Jolly (+Spe/ -Sp.A)
EV: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
IV: All 31
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Dragon Tail
-Earthquake
This is lead partner number 1 and my initial beast of an attacker. With Jolly, Dragon Dance, and the speed EV's he WILL outspeed everything worth outspeeding in the 5 Gen Pokemon pool. Also, the STAB boost, Draco Plate, and Attack EV's lead to a devastating Outrage which is the best in the game (sub Rayquaza). Earthquake is another reliable move to take out some top threats and deal good damage. Dragon tail eliminates the ability for potential opponent set-ups they have in mind. Mold breaker helps to avoid troubles such as levitate that would otherwise render earthquake useless for example.This is my Haxorus in a nutshell.

Modest (+Sp.A/ -Atk)
EV: 252 Sp.A/ 192 Spe/ 64 HP
IV: All 31

Now on to lead partner number 2. Physical and special sweeper gives me a good balance, so I coupled Hydregion with Haxorus. Choice Specs makes this Hydregion able to zip in for some quick kills. Draco Meteor with all of the boosts available gives me the ability to OHKO most pokemon that stand in my way. Dragon pulse is a reliable STAB move that I can utilize. Flamethrower and surf are here for extra coverage. Levitate is a bonus to avoid earthquake which is always in someone's move-set.Nothing else really...just a special sweeper to mess with opponents.
Krookodile - Moxie @ Choice Scarf
Adamant (+Atk/ -Sp.A)
EV: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
IV: All 31

-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Stone Edge
Standard revenge killer here. Move in, hit with something reliable like earthquake for big damage, and slice off big damage. Crunch for STAB boost and big hits to psychics. Pursuit to trap anyone fearing their imminent death. Stone Edge for threats such as Gyrados outside of 5 Gen pokes and for Tornadus, Thundurs, Archeops, etc. withing the 5 Gen pokes. Sweet sweet revenge.
Volcarona - Flame Body @ Life Orb
Timid (+Spe/ -Atk)
EV: 252 Sp.A/ 4 Sp.D/ 252 Spe
IV: HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe - 31/31/30/31/30/30

-Fiery Dance
-Hidden Power (Rock)
With Quiver Dance and Life Orb, Volcarona is able to take the role of special sweeper quite easily by having a ton of power and higher defenses to avoid revenge killers. Bug Buzz for the STAB hits. Fiery Dance is the best Fire STAB in the game that I could put in this set because of the chance of a special attack boost. Similar to the reasons I used stone edge earlier, I have placed Hidden Power Rock in this set. Overall, this should be able to provide a balance in my team.
I am only able to use 4 pokemon in the tourney, so I am not going to bother thinking of 2 other pokemon that I don't need to use. I can't see my opponents team anyway, so I can counter anything with the other 2 pokes anyway. So, with that aside...let the feedback, hate, love, comments, questions, concerns, etc. begin!
