Azelf EVs

Looking for a good EV spread for a timid Azelf with a 21 speed EV outside of the generic 4/252/252. Any help is appreciated ^^

Some people use max speed on gengar, so if you want to outspeed that, go for 252 sp attack, 212 speed, 44 attack if you want. It really depends on what you are trying to outspeed, but those are the EV's I'm going to use when I catch my other azelf.

Edit: I didn't see it had a 21 speed IV. Give me a little bit to think of a spread.

Edit #2: Is it possible to soft reset for another? lol. I might be a little picky, but the 21 speed might hurt it if it's fighting any gars. (not that many people would keep one in vs azelf)

Timid and a 21 Speed IV only reaches 350, which ties with Timid Gengar.
