It has mediocre Speed and defenses, and requires turns to set up to be useful. Lastly, it is forced out by Fairies with no way of doing harm dealing any reasonable damage to them, which is a detrimental to its use.

Maximum Attack
investment is preferred to hit as hard as possible, and 196 Speed EVs allows it to outspeed the whole unboosted tier. Adamant allows it to hit extra hard while still being able to retain 21 Speed at +1. Usage Tips
========

Bagon appreciates stealth rocks on its side entry hazards,(RC) to get past pesky sturdyjuice Sturdy + Berry Juice users,(RC) or other sturdy Pokemon with Sturdy that could can stop a sweep in its tracks. A slow pivot such as Magnemite works well with Bagon, as Volt Switch allows it to get into battle unscathed. Setting up on a support Pokemon is recommended, and setting up a Dragon Dance is crucial to outspeed threats and allows it to reach maximum improve its sweeping capabilities. Fairy-types should also be eliminated before setting up, as they stop Bagon dead in its tracks.
Team Options
========

As far as team options
go, Bagon needs lots of support. Bagon appreciates stealth rocks entry hazards for those pesky Sturdy users, as well as giving it and it also gives Bagon the ability to KO things that would otherwise live with slim health survive an attack. Ferroseed makes a great teammate, as it takes hits for Bagon very well, as well as and can also set up entry hazards. Staryu would be is a good special attacking specially based spinner to which ensures that Bagon's HP isn't whittled down from by entry hazards. Bagon still struggles against Spritzee, so it appreciates a teammate like Pawniard or Croagunk to kill it off take care of it. Pawniard also takes advantage if the opponent tries to defog, as it gets an attack raise from Defiant can also deter the use of Defog,(RC) and gets rid of threats like Fletchling for it Bagon.
Other Options
########

There are a few other options for Bagon. It could can run a specially-based set with Hydro Pump, Dragon Breath / Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, and a Hidden Power. There is a possible support set with something like A support set consisting of Wish / Protect / Dragon Claw / Toxic is also viable. Rock Head can be used in tandem with Double-Edge on an alternative Dragon Dance set. Finally, Hone Claws can be used as Sheer Force helps with the inaccurate moves, but it does not have enough Speed or defenses bulk to pull this off effectively. Dragon Rush works especially well in tandem with Sheer Force, Life Orb, and Hone Claws.
Checks & Counters
########

**Fairy-types**: Spritzee always forces the a switch, unless it is at low health. Cottonee can always come in and Encore either a Dragon Dance or Dragon Claw,(RC) and to force the a switch. If not it can always just use Dazzling Gleam They can both also hit Bagon with Dazzling Gleam for super effective damage.
**Ice-types**: Ice-types such as scarf Choice Scarf Snover and Smoochum can easily come in and KO Bagon,(AC) provided it hasn't set up a Dragon Dance yet. Bear in mind that they only check Bagon, as a Rock Slide or Fire Fang will KO with a boost.

**Steel- and Rock-types**: On a set without brick break,(RC) Shieldon and Aron wall both sets,(AC) so they can and force a switch and can get up rocks set up Stealth Rock in the process. wut BB isn't mentioned anywhere in this analysis

**Status**: All forms of status hinder Bagon. Poison whittles it down and hurts its sweeping ability, paralysis pretty much cripples it, and same goes with burn with a halved attack a burn halves its Attack.

a lot of this can be fixed by simply proofreading it and running it through a spell-checker. also make sure that what you write about actually lines up with the content.

Rock Slide is a great coverage move that deals with Flying- and Fire-types such as Vullaby, Fletchling, Archen, Ponyta, Larvesta, and Houndour.
