Okay sorry for the delay; just got off work.

Groudon-Primal
He hit's really hard with STAB V-Create and max attack, the negative speed is to ensure that he goes last so V-Create gets Copycatted. Copycat also serves as a good counter to some common contrary users and is useful in general for throwing your opponents attacks back at them. Milk Drink Is kinda filler and useful for mitigating life orb recoil assuming Groudon survives long enough with V-create depleting all it's bulk. Stealth rock is for shedinja because shedinja kinda wrecks my team as a whole if I don't have hazards up.

Standard contrary user, complete chansey bait. does anyone have any suggestions for better coverage?

I use him in conjunction with giratina as a supportive defensive core to keep my team healthy and to keep hazards up because, shedinja exists and is a serious thorn in my side. I usually use him as a lead and try to get an opponent locked into something with encore so i can set up a layer of spikes or get one of my attackers in safely with parting shot. defog is incase the opponent leads with magic bounce and the spikes get sent to my side of the field. I don't know if I should sacrifice one of these moves for a more reliable recovery move but I've been comtemplating it.

Giratina
Spore city bitch. This thing is my cleric, It keeps my team healthy and it can come in on so many different attacks because of it's insane bulky, it stays healthy by drinking milk. This guys uses are fairly cut and dry so there's not much to say.

Chansey
It's fucking chansey, I kinda just slapped it onto the team because, well it's chansey and chansey is amazing. Idk if I should switch it out for something that works better with my team but chansey is fucking chansey.

Rayquaza-mega
This thing is my favorite revenge killer in all of BH Fakeout/espeed do some decent damage to pretty much everything bar resists. boomburst hits like a truck. Focus blast is there for coverage but I was considering switching it out for something more reliable.

Focus Blast suck, since you have 3/10 chance to miss, which is huge, especially in a strategic battle where every move is important. I suggest you to rather use Aura Sphere. It's weaker, but you're sure to deal damage, since this move never miss, even if your opponent spam an evasion move.
 
Syonblaze is right, you might want to consider Aura Sphere or a different type of coverage, perhaps something like Magma Storm or Earth Power.

Giratina needs to run Safety Goggles so that Chansey switchins don't put it to sleep. Alternatively, just switch Spore for something like Entrainment. Will-o-Wisp is a little weird, since you might have trouble taking physical hits at all in order to use it.

Your team has no way of stopping Impostered MMX. Either remove V-create or change Aegislash to a different Pokemon.

It might also be a good idea to give Aegi Topsy-Turvy over Spikes, and it needs recovery in that moveset somewhere.

Otherwise, seems solid.
