The devourer of Electric rodents, Cramorant-Gorging, finds a niche in Balanced Hackmons as a powerful utility Pokemon with immense disrupting abilities. When Cramorant-Gorging is attacked, Gulp Missile deals 25% of the foe's HP in damage and inflicts paralysis, with most physical attackers taking even more damage thanks to Rocky Helmet. Strength Sap keeps Cramorant-Gorging healthy to keep activating Gulp Missile, and Flip Turn lets it pivot out of battle to reactivate Gulp Missile. Court Change provides useful general utility, while Encore helps it further disrupt foes, especially Prankster users such as Zygarde-C and Zamazenta-C. Teammates that can handle Poison Heal users and Electric-types, like Core Enforcer users such as Zygarde-C and Giratina, are appreciated.

Might be fine but a different wording would be good) entry hazards, while Encore helps it disrupt opposing foes further, especially Prankster users such as Zygarde-C and Eternatus Zamazenta-C. Teammates that can handle Poison Heal users and Electric-types are appreciated, making Core Enforcer users such as Zygarde-C and Giratina valuable.

I think swapping/switching hazard fields work best, but its up to GP to decide), while and Encore helps it further disrupt opposing foes further, especially Prankster users such as Zygarde-C and Zamazenta-C. Teammates that can handle Poison Heal users and Electric-types are appreciated, making Core Enforcer users such as Zygarde-C and Giratina valuable.
