Balanced RU team

Hey guys it's Bubble!
I've been trying to make a good RU team.

Here's what i got.

Cynthia(Spiritomb)@ Chesto Berry Ability: Pressure
images

252 HP, 4 Def, 252 SpD Nature: Careful (Used to be, 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD, Impish)

-Shadow Sneak
-Sucker Punch
-Rest
-Will-o-Wisp

My special wall, Cynthia is used as my "go to" Pokemon for Special hits.
She has no weaknesses, so that's how she made my team.
I made the jump from Def focused to SpD focused because my team was lacking that coveredge i needed. Even though PS is more reliable then Rest, she didn't last long with PS.
Purpose is to Rest when her HP gets Low and then do other Shenanigans.
She counters threats such as: Sigilyph, Clefable and Hariyama.

Molten Three(Moltres)@ Life Orb Ability: Pressure
images

4 Def. 252 SpA, 252 Spe Nature: Modest

-Air Slash
-HP Grass
-Fire Blast
-Roost

I run a standard Spec Attacker set because he's me Spec Sweeper.
The strategy is simple. Switch him on a Grass/Bug weak pokemon such as Poliwrath or Rotom-C.
Then, i attack with the appropriate move; Unless i predict a switch into a Water type.
I also do like Moltres as my favorite Gen I legendary.
He does have a Crippling weakness to SR, so maybe another Fire type like Magmortar would be good.
Used to Counter threats such as: Accelgor, Klinklang, Lilligant and Ferroseed.

Mowtom(Rotom-C)@ Choice Scarf Ability: Levitate
images

48 HP, 252 SpA, 208 Spe Nature: Timid

-Volt Switch
-HP Fire
-Leaf Storm
-Trick

I had to take out Water-types some how, so I have this.
He looks awesome and has coverage, so thats how he made the team.
His purpose is:
A. Complete my core.
B. Hit and Run
C. Trick then attack.
Problems are Jynx although i can VS out into sometihng else.
Also Accelgor, who ruins Rotom's day.
Counters threats like: Feraligatr, Crawduant and Lanturn when using a Leaf Storm.

Polieshter(Poliwrath)@ Leftovers Ability: Water Absorb
images

160 HP, 252 Atk, 96 SpD. Nature: Adamant

-Encore
-Focus Punch
-Waterfall
-Substitute

Made to finish the core of Fire Water Grass.
I run SpD EVs over Spe because of the fact at the time of version 0.5, I had no
special walls, though now i'm unsure. I'm also unsure about Encore.
She likes to SubPunch, as well as Other shenanigans with the Substitute.
She hates Ferroseed, and Jynx.
Counters: Ferroseed with Focus Punch, Magmortar and Entei not running HP Grass.

Desert Shrew(Sandslash)@ Leftovers Ability: Sand Veil
images

252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpD Nature: Impish

-Stealth Rock
-Rapid Spin
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

I need a physical wall so i chose this.
He helps out with Moltres with Rapid spin.
He also walls Electric types like Electivire that would otherwise ruin this teams day.
Problems are Jynx, and Feraligatr.
Counters: Drapion, Magneton and Electivire without Ice Punch.

Sangi(Sigilyph)@ Life Orb Ability: Magic Gaurd
sigilyph.jpg

4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe Nature: Timid

-Roost
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Heat Wave (Used to be Air Slash)

I found the offensive Life Orb set better then the defensive set,
because of the fact that Sigilyph has a Base speed stat of 97,
and has raw power behind it.
My CM sweeper, Sigilyph wrecks Fighting types.
Problems are the Ice types.
Counters: Gallade, Primape, Poliwrath and Scolipede.

Past Members:

This section is for the remembrance of old members.

Forretress(Steelix)@ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy
images

252 HP, 96 Def, 160 SpD Nature: Relaxed

-Stealth Rock
-Dragon Tail
-Gyro Ball
-Earthquake

I needed a physical wall so i chose this. Also made to counter the Electric and Poison types.
Replaced by spinner Desert Shrew.
What he did was, set up SR, and attempted to sweep w/ Gyro Ball.
Counters: Rotom to an Extent, Cryogonal, Roselia and Drapion.

Hey there TasTKbubble,
your team looks like it has a lot of potential but it needs work.
One thing, you really need to add some more descriptions to your pokemon. Tell us how you use this and in more detail why you chose this pokemon. This would really help other rate better.

In till then I can only give some help. Something I notice is you lack a Rapid Spinner. Something that is very important iwith regards to having Moltres on your team. Stealth Rocks can play a major strain on your team.

You may want to replace Spirtomb with Cyro, but I have a better suggestion.
Sandslash over Steelix

Sandslash@Leftovers
252 HP/ 252 Def/4 SpDef
Impish nature
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rocks
-Earthquake
-Stone edge/Safeguard

This set does mainly what your steelix does but provides the critcal option of being able to Spin away opposing Hazards. I really think you can benefit more from this. You could run Safeguard to be a Psuedo-Counter to poison and other status conditions.

Best of luck

You still need more in-depth descriptions. It wouldn't hurt to mention what problems you face and why you chose the members you did.

This isn't much of a comprehensive rate as that would take hours :) but here are a few things you could change.

First of all Spiritomb doesn't counter either Hariyama or Clefable. Neither of them cares about Will-O-Wisp (in fact, they probably appreciate the burn) doesn't take much from Spiritomb's uninvested attacks, and can set up in its face as it sleeps. Therefore, Cofagrigus makes a good replacement for Spiritomb. It is immune to most of those two's attacks but unlike Tomb it can hit back hard as well as sweep.

Cofagrigus @ Leftovers
Mummy
Quiet
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
-Nasty Plot
-Trick Room
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting

Now your team has a more dedicated sweeper as well as a Trick Room user, which many of your slow Pokemon will appreciate.

Also if you're running a Roost Moltres I would advise you replace Air Slash with Hurricane and Hidden Grass with Substitute. Moltres forces a lot of switches and you can advantage of that more with Substitute rather than a weak hidden power.
