Data Base Stat Changes

Well, he said they they have Timid Natures and perfect IVs, and I'm going to assume EV spreads of 4 HP/252 SA/252 Speed:

Latias
302 - 80
201 - 94 (?) (Base 100 would yield 212)
276 - 120
379 - 140
336 - 150
350 - 110

Latios
302 - 80
255 - 124 (?) (Base 130 would yield 266)
236 - 100
419 - 160
276 - 120
350 - 110

So except for their Attack Stats, those Base Stats seem to be correct. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with the stat calculations, but as far as I know I'm not. More than likely their Attack IVs aren't quite perfect, which would explain the discrepancy.

Did you remember to include the attack drop from Timid Nature?
 
I did. I'm not too worried about it; base 100 for Latias and 130 for Latios make sense to me.

To show my math:

The stat calculation formula (for stats other than HP) is ((((2B+I+E)*L)/100)+5)*N
B is the base stat
I is the individual value
E is the effort values the Pokémon has in a stat divided by 4 and rounded down
L is the Pokémon's level
N is the nature multiplier (0.9, 1, or 1.1)

Assuming a base stat of 100 for Mega Latias's Attack with a hindering nature, no EVs, and a perfect IV:
((((2*100+31+0)*100)/100)+5)*0.9
((200+31)+5)*0.9
236*0.9 = 212.4
212

Now, if we put a base stat of 94 with the other criteria:
((((2*94+31+0)*100)/100)+5)*0.9
((188+31)+5)*0.9
224*0.9 = 201.6
201
