As many of you will know, some years ago Ingrain on Smeargle was banned in ADV OU. However, it was still allowed in ADV Ubers tournaments.
After some discussions, ADV council has decided to extend the same ban to ADV Ubers, in the same way the recent GSC Sleep Trap ban was also extended to GSC Ubers.
Therefore, Ingrain on Smeargle will also be banned in ADV Ubers.
