Banned deucer.
After a long discussion on irc, the Council has decided to restrict the use of the move Baton Pass to just one Pokemon on any given team. It's apparent to us that the current Baton Pass clause hasn't nerfed full Baton Pass chains enough and that, therefore, we need to further restrict its use.
With this ban, strategies such as Quick Pass and Smash Pass will still be possible, while full Baton Pass chains will be completely dismantled.
We decided to opt for this measure over a different type of complex ban because of the overwhelming voting majority for Option 2 during the last round of the Suspect Process.
