Baton Pass theme team

Yes, this is a THEME TEAM. All pokemon know Baton Pass. Please do not change this.

Pass (Scolipede) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Iron Defense
- Baton Pass

Basically a Ninjask. I perfer Scolipede because of Iron Defense and better HP. It can take any physical super effective hit (with one Iron Defense), and most of the time be able to take another (with another Iron Defense). I also use Swords Dance with a sash for attack boosts. I like to have the option of either just boosting attack for opposing special attackers or actually making it so physical attackers do pretty much nothing against the team. His role is a booster lead, and has great synergy with Espeon, being able to protect and, if the opponent uses a status move, baton pass into Espeon.

Sweep (Medicham) (M) @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Baton Pass

A sweeper. All sweeps can be countered though, but this one can Baton Pass into a new thing to sweep with (Vaporeon or Mienshaou). Adamant because at +2, +3, or +4 he outspeeds everything. I find him more reliable than Mega Absol and Mega Mawile because of High Jump Kick (with +1 accuracy). Also, his hiogh base Atk combined with Pure Power makes for a hell of a lot of damage. Psycho Cut for alternative STAB move and Ice Punch for type coverage. His role is just to sweep.

Pass (Vaporeon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Acid Armor
- Hydro Pump
- Aqua Ring
- Baton Pass

Just a supporter. Acid Armor adds defense (whih comes in handy). Aqua Ring is like extra Lefties and allows Medicham to survive and does the same thing as ingrain, for those "haters."
EDIT: Took out Acid Armor and added Substitute. High HP subs wall most attacks and Scolipede already provides enough defense boosts.
Vaporeon's role is to provide a special attack and heal HP. Good synergy with Gliscor, just using Aqua Ring and then passing into it.

Pass (Mienshao) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Swords Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Drain Punch
- Baton Pass

A backup sweeper. 2 fighting moves because Drain Punch can restore him to full HP if he took a 50% or so hit and High Jump Kick hits hard.
EDIT: Took out SDance and put in Stone Edge. Stone Edge hits Talonflame, which is one of this team's biggest threats, with prio that is super effective against both sweepers. Also takes out Volcarona, which is annoying in the early stat boosts.
EDIT: Changed EV spread to 252 atk, 252 spe, 4 sdef and Adamant nature (again, +2 speed).
His role is just a backup plan so if Medicham is inflicted with status or something, he can take over.

Pass (Espeon) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Morning Sun
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

Mostly here to boost Vaporeon and Gliscor with calm mind and bounce spikes, rocks, Roar, Taunt, and Sticky Web. Sub cuz most Ferrothorn and Smeargle switch out. Morning Sun cuz sometimes they do less than 50% and you need to heal up. This is a good heal-stall. I find it better not to have any attacks on Espeon. Espeon's role is to reflect harmful moves and boost SDef. Good synergy with Scolipede.
EDIT: Replaced CM and Morning Sun with Stored Power and Shadow Ball. Changed EV spread to 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe Timid. This is so I can really do stuff with Espeon.

Pass (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Hone Claws
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass

Wall support! Hone Claws cuz i need accuracy for High Jump Kick. If it misses, DEATH TO THIS TEAM. SDance cuz its WAAAAY faster to do 3 SDance and 1 or 2 Hone Claws than 7 or 8 Hone Claws. Gliscor is my main booster cuz he can wall both physical and special attacks (with appropriate stat boosts). Synergy with Vaporeon and both Fighting-types. For the fighting types because Hone Claws makes High Jump Kick never miss. His role is as an additional booster who isn't as... well... easy to kill. Pretty simple.

Keep in mind I have playtested this team and I just want final advice for, like, changing one move or something. As you can see, I've updated my descriptions so it will be more fun and easier to rate. I value all opinions, but if an opinion has already been stated, I do not need to hear it. Lastly, thank you for (hopefully) rating this team.

So taunt and roar completely ruin your strategy. Honestly baton pass strategies are considered cheesy because of how hardcountered they are by certain support users. If you MUST continue with this team, you need a pokemon with ingrain. I suggest smeargle with spore, mirror coat (to reflect encore/taunt/etc) ingrain and batonpass.
Additionally, consider using Mega Scizor since it also has access to batonpass and is a better pokemon in general.

Well, I have counters to Taunt and Roar. I baton pass into Espeon. Simple. I've considered Scizor, but decided no. I don't really need more heals. But thanks for trying to help.
EDIT: Also, its Magic Coat not Mirror Coat. Mirror Coat is for special attacks.

To be honest I agree with the frown that is usually given to baton pass teams. However they can work with proper support so don't give up. You should consider dropping Medicham for Mega Absol. He is faster has priority and most importantly Magic Bounce which will prevent you from wasting your hard work. He does have access to Baton Pass too so that is a bonus and can even go special with his mega form. Here is a potential set you could run.
Absol @ Absolite
Jolly/Naïve EVS:252SPD 252ATK
-Baton Pass
-Sucker Punch
-Play Rough
-Megahorn/Flamethrower/Night Slash

Wow. I HAVE Magic Bounce. I think Mega Medicham is a better poke with its extremely high attack power. And I already said I'm not changing pokes, just moves, unless a mod tells me. Then I will consider it or making it in a different team.

Hey, I'm no expert on Baton Pass teams, but I'm gonna have to go with the consensus. Plus, no Mr. Mime?! For shame.
OK... Espeon is my Mr. Mime. Done.

People, you need to read my last sentence. Also, be aware that I have a pokemon with Magic Bounce. Only then will I really consider your advice.

Ok, well about the no changing pokemon thing...
Feel free to show your opinions on what will be GOOD for the team, but this has been playtested, so I don't need to know about what's BAD for the team. And Aqua Ring is the same as Ingrain and I DO have magic bounce.

Since you mentioned Scolipede could take hits, Black Sludge is the best item. Lots of health back and ensures a non-useless item. It will also probably need to keep switching in and out due to any death on your team and you have to restart your progress. Replace Medicham's High Jump Kick with another fighting type move <with 100% accuracy>, it will have enough Attack/Speed to OHKO if it gets put into play.

Also, you have very few attacking moves, and only physical attackers (namely fighting). Gale Wings Talonflame rips your only core attackers to pieces, since your speed doesn't matter after priority. You also have enough Swords Dance and Hone Claws members. Remove Iron Defense on Scolipede and give it an attacking move for self defense. Same with Espeon and Gliscor. You may want to look over your team as well. Like I said, Talonflame destroys your team, and that's only one example.

If every pokemon is given an attacking move, each one has sweeping potential. You will have to switch around due to Weaknesses/Resistances even if your attacker is all set. Losing any of your attackers otherwise <due to priority> will result in an immediate loss after only 2 pokemon are down.

If you are going to be Baton Passing around, I recommend a Pokemon with Intimidate around to help keep physical attackers down. I don't normally run Baton Pass sets, so I cannot think of good replacements right from the top of my head, I will write another reply once I do later in the day.

Also, give Mienshao either FakeOut or any other move you don't have of that type instead of High Jump Kick, to keep coverage and to bog other Pokemon down. Because you have to realize, even qith 100%+ accuracy, you take half damage if they use Protect. Also, Aegislash wrecks your team, you may want to consider that as well.

There are also many other problems, Mega Blaziken can still easily outspeed your team after Protect spamming to rack it up. Just some advice.

You have to have a fully Special Attacker like Medicham in order for the team to word. Also make sure you have a Ghost/Mega Kanga counter. Something along the lines of Pursuit or so, which Scizor can use well.

I'll continue posting on this thread, as I am occupied right now.
I'll leave more advice later~
<P.S., nice job on the team, Baton Pass based teams are gutsy>

OK, sludge idea is good but srsly i want high jump with hone claws cuz it has high power and sometimes i only have +1 or +2 attack. I think intimidate pass sucks cuz im pretty sure it's just mawile. I can easily slap Stored Power on Espeon tho. I find that Scol is best with both Iron Defense and SDance and Gliscor best with HC and SDance but i can try Gliscor with just HC and slap EQ on it. Thanks for the advice.
