Battle City III - Round 1 [READ POST 305 and 337]

Bet 1 vs Holy Ghost, won in a haxy match, I'm at 3 now
won vs ayevon for 2 chips so im at 4 now.
won vs fardin for one star chip so im at 3 now
won vs ixkaido for 2 star chips so im at 5 now
Ok this is gonna take a while because it means I have to completely revert every win / loss in this decision.
User ixKaido is an alt of a user who was previously eliminated in the tournament and after discussion with a TD, I decided the fairest option to move forward with this would be to revert all of ixKaidos wins and losses, returning his chip count to 2 which was the initial amount and then replacing him with the next subsitute in line.
Please do not play any more games until I fix this, if games are played between now and when im finished, im ignoring the result

forgot to mention, with ixKaidos removal from the tournament, patlop2307 is being subbed in over and should start with 2 chips as per usual
